RiCOMA PSP-990C Steam press largest 34x11" Steam Ironing Board Press 1350W Digital Temp Control

Had a problem with machine, contacted seller. In 24 hrs Ricoma called me and picked up machine. Sent brand new machine! Excellent customer service and told me "we want you happy with your purchase". This is how customer service is supposed to work. Thank you "Jane" at Ricoma in Florida. Thanks also to Precision Sewing. Sammy the owner assured me my machine would be replaced and Charlotte contacted Ricoma and got the ball rolling. Top notch service will buy again from both Precision Sewing and Ricoma. New machine works perfectly.

I am revising my previous review. After six months, it doesn't work. The steam does not come out. The iron does not get hot enough. After 30 days you can't return it to the Seller. So now I have an expensive doorstop.

I like the iron itself as it does a good job but it is easy to burn oneself as it only opens about 45 degrees and the first time I used it the steamer broke. If you don't care about those issues than it is decent. I spent hours ironing and liked my results. I just placed it on top of my normal ironing board.

We like it so far. We bought this item to iron our linens and so far it is working out ok but not so good with sheets. Obviously it works great with pillow cases and smaller items. I am just not so sure how long it will last but it has not given us any problems yet.

I have to dress business casual every day. Slacks and button up shirts. Dry cleaning is expensive and after a while it breaks down the folds in shirt material. The most time consuming part of doing the laundry myself is the pressing. I was excited to use this product to save time and save money on dry cleaning. Long story short; even with some practice it really doesn't save time. It doesn't do as good a job as an electric iron. Also the design does not allow for enough space for fabricbehind the board at the hinge point.If you have more time and patients these deficiencies may not bother you. It was fun to use, just didn't meet my expectations.However, the vendor had great integrity and gave me a RMA and prompt refund.

Great service and delivered in record time. Works great. The size was larger than I thought which makes it really easy to get more work done in a short amount of time. So far, so good.

This worked fine for a short period of time (less than once a week for six months.). Then it started to only heat to warm. I notified the company. I got a short response that said open the top and check the electrical connections. Taking the top off was not a very clear instruction. After taking out about eight screws, the top was still not disconnected and a number of braces had slid into the center of the cover. I reported this to the company. The answer was that those were the wrong screws and here was a more clear instruction and a diagram. But this answer came too late. After a month with no satisfactory way to have a working steam press, I threw it out as junk.
