I needed to replace my back massager after my one broke after 6 years, so was looking for a similar one. I had returned several ones around the £25-£35 mark and realised that the quality of massagers have gone down hill, as I couldn't feel anything... the strength of massage wasn't good and couldn't even feel the heat.I wasn't keen to spend so much, but after reading the reviews and a £10 discount I felt happy to spend and confident it'll work.Marked down a star as its quite pricey for the size.I'm pretty happy with my purchase and its very quiet, firm and heat is pretty good - only time will tell if it'll last months or years.

Holy moly! This is the one guys and gals! My other half wondered what I was doing, with all the groans of satisfaction coming from me. Honestly, this exceeded my expectations. I suffer with chronic neck and upper back stiffness and this really does get into those hard to get places and just works those knots out. My upper back hasn't felt this good for the longest of times.

Please read to the end!Initially this item was delivered faulty, the fact is it had already been returned by someone else as their returns slip with their personal data was still in the package, so not only have Amazon sent me a faulty item but they have broken data protection! Although very nice, none of the 3 Indian ladies I spoke to were able to send me a working replacement, they were only able to issue a refund once my return is received, but I can order a replacement at an increased cost of £20! Then once I’ve received that new product and Amazon have received the faulty item they will sort out the price. I paid for a second one, Amazon sent another one, refused to honour the £20 difference and then this one didn’t work and had to be returned!This is when Bob and Brad stepped in, AMAZING customer service, sorted everything and they comped a new unit that works beautifully I can not do anything but praise them, Amazon could learn a thing or two from .Bob and Brad! Product is excellent and does exactly what I wanted,

Read about this in the Good housekeeping magazine and it is every bit as good as they said it would. Great for tight backs and shoulders.

Tried to contact but cannot seem to get past product support as no option to contact. The wire does not seem to stay in place together and seems loose and beeps during using it just doesn’t sit in tight or clip in properly the massager is great but this is very annoying
