The company saw my review and sent me a whole new one, and it works just great!! I only really needed new stickers, so I gave the extra one to my mom and she loves it! And I have since encouraged two other people I know to get the same product! And they all love it, too. Just make sure the magnets work through your case before you stick it on. I actually just left it unstuck inside my case on a past case and that worked fine. The bigger magnets seem to work way better. Now I have a case with a magnet installed so I don't need to add the enclosed magnets. My sister has a popsocket for hers and that works, too. Great product!!!*****Original review: This thing was awesome until it fell off my dashboard after a few hours driving. I waited too long to try it or I would have returned it, so now I have to figure out some other way to attach it to my dash. Ugh! Yes, I cleaned my dash beforehand and it was dry, so that wasn't it. Oh well.

Got the item and it looked well made and it really is! The problem I had was attaching it to a Mophie case on Iphone 8. The semi rubberized case of the Mophie the adhesive disk come right off. No, I'm not getting rid of my Mophie, I use it for charging the phone when needed and that has saved me multiple times. Sorry Intekor, make the Adhesive disk better.

Super annoyed, the exact thing that happened to the other reviewer happened to me! I got the product but it was in the wrong package and as such I don't have the information on how to install the thing on/in my car.Otherwise it is pretty.

Love the color and it's made of a metal rather than plastic, so it feels like it's better quality than a lot of the other ones out there. The only thing I don't love about it, is the part that attaches to the phone ends up swiveling and loosening, so it doesn't feel as solid after a while. I discovered I have to rotate the piece clock-wise to get it to tighten again, but it doesn't stay long.

I bought 2 of those for my 2 cars. The first one worked works as expected. Nice, simple design and just does the job.The second one became unusable after just 1 month - very loose and unstable, the phone turns and spins when it's attached to it. Unfortunately, can't return it because it's beyond the 30 -day mark.

The color is definitely adorable. True to the pictures. I got this together with the other clip magnetic holder product from the same vendor, mostly because of the rose pink color. And it has exceeded my expectation. Magnetic holds my 7 plus phone tight enough, color’s pretty, sticks on the dash. And the product alone doesn’t look too huge. What more could you ask for for a car holder product lol?

I used this product in my car, it worked great for a few weeks until summer heat hit us. The mount fell off the dash as soon as my phone was attached. Best to use this somewhere without heat.
