Easy to use & effective
The glue gun comes in a cardboard box which has a protective foam block to protect the nozzle. There are instructions provided for the corded version (the one I got) and the cordless one. Some of the language is not always very clear because of a poor translation and so I wasn't entirely sure what I was supposed to do the first time. I eventually worked it out. You need to push a glue stick all the way in and then push another one right behind until you can't push anymore. After a few minutes the gun was hot. The glue comes out clear and melted when you press the trigger. I used it on some cardboard and could feel how hot the glue was through it. There is a warning about not touching the nozzle or the glue in the instructions provided. They also say that the gun light should toggle between red and green when stitched on (indicating low power mode and high power mode respectively) but I only saw a red colour. The 3-pin plug is fused and displays the BSI logo indicating that it meets the UK standards. Branded Beayuer on the side of the gun. On the base it confirms that glue sticks should have a 7mm diameter. Happy with the product. Made in China.

The hot glue gun is a reliable and simple tool for occasional use.
The hot glue gun is a popular stage management tool, but it is not suitable for children due to its short cable and adult supervision. It is an adults-only gadget, and users must continuously feed the gun with sticks to keep the flow going. The instruction manual is lacking, but the gun works well and comes with a 60-pack of glue sticks. The gun guzzles glue at a pace, so stock up on sticks for big projects. The cable is short, so users need to plug it into an extension lead for table use. While not a big deal for occasional gluers, it is a simple and effective tool. Overall, the hot glue gun is a reliable and simple tool for occasional use.

Good quality for crafting
Compared to the cheap and cheerful glue gun we have already this is a step up. Warms up in a reasonable amount of time easy to use and has a handy holder for resting between use. A generous amount of glue sticks are included which will last a good while. Reasonably prices too. Great stuff.

Worked well, very handy
This is a very handy gadget which I am really enjoying. It warms up fairly quickly and the advantage of the glue gun is you can stick two bits together and as soon as they have cooled down they seem to be bonded really well. The glue gun seems to be of good quality and I like the way it stands so you can leave it whilst not in use. The kit also comes with lots of glue sticks, so this is going to last me a while.Overall, very happy with it.

Great Glue Gun
The media could not be loaded. The Beayuer Hot Glue Gun is a fantastic tool for crafting and DIY projects. It heats up quickly, within 2-3 minutes, and the glue flows out smoothly without dripping. The ergonomic design makes it comfortable to hold, and the built-in stand keeps it stable when not in use. With 60 glue sticks included, this kit has everything you need to get started on your next creative endeavour.

Glued to go!
Ahh, the trusty hot glue gun - the stage management stalwart that keeps touring theatre shows together around the globe! Always kept meaning to get one for home, so it was great to get this little sticky fixer to review. If you've never used a glue gun before, there are two important things to know:1. Keep your hands away from the glue because it's HOT! I mean, obviously/duuh etc, but I'm just saying. I'd like to tell you I only touched hot glue once by accident and learned from my mistake, but I didn't. I have touched hot glue many times and I swear at myself every time. This is DEFINITELY NOT an item you would let children use - I can't believe I saw another reviewer say it would be better for kids to use because of the short cable. I wouldn't even say it would be okay with adult supervision. Just... no. If your kids want to be gluing things, stick to Pritt! This is strictly an adults-only gadget.2. You need to keep feeding the greedy little glue gun with sticks to keep the flow going when you press the trigger. Keep repeatedly pushing the trigger as you go along and you'll soon get the hang of squeezing out the glue in neat-ish lines. Telling you this because, like most things you buy on Amazon these days, there isn't a decent instruction manual included with this gun. It just give you the very basics of turning it on and off, and the English translation isn't the best.Lame instruction leaflet aside, this wee gun works nicely and I'm well chuffed with it. The 60-pack of glue sticks is a generous starter pack - but, like I said above, these guns guzzle the glue at quite a pace, so if you've got a big ol' project on and you foresee yourself needing to do a lot of gluing, stock up on sticks while you're here. One thing I did agree with the aforementioned other reviewer about is the length of the cable. The manufacturer has been a bit mean on that front; the cable's pretty short, and so I had to plug the gun into an extension lead to be able to use it at my table. I think that's the one thing this gun falls down on. It's no big deal for me as an occasional gluer, but if you're going to be using it every other day as part of your work kit, it's maybe something to think about. All in all, though, a plain and simple little gun and I do recommend it.
