Awesome, perfect and solid.
Never had a doubt about this bike rack. When I received my package you can see that went through a hurricane or something. Customer service replaced the missing bolts and I put together very easy and before you knew it your done. I put reflectors on it but everything else was perfect. Steady up and down the road. Solid product. I bought the double bike rack for further bike purchase. Can't go wrong with this product. Happy as can be here.

Sturdy, good design, construction could use some work, moderate difficulty in assembly
The headline covers most of it. I was between a 3 and 4 star because I really do like the design and it is very stable but there are a couple of issues. The ability to stow it is great so I don't have to remove it between trips. The only real issues are the welds - a couple are barely passable which makes me worried about longevity - and assembly - getting the arms in with the plastic spacers took a long time with trial and error. Also, since they decided to thread the pin that holds the rack to the trailer hitch / tube, it takes a bit to hook up / take down. Tradeoff for stability. Overall a recommend. But, better welds and pre-assembly of the arms would make it a 5 in my book.

Solid and no bike wobble with 2 @ #65 e-bikes
8/2024 Update.. Just used on 400 mile round trip with both bikes on rack. Could not be happier with this product. Yes it is heavy however, the reason is that it is made out of real steel, bent & welded. The ebikes are heavy and the ramp makes it easy for us, seniors, to load and unload. When bikes not on car, it folds up against the gate. I look at other racks which are lighter, see the wobble and appreciate this purchase. Do it!!!! No regrets here!Replaced a 3 year old Saris bike rack as that rack was same $$, but not as solid. We travel 3000+ miles a year with bikes loaded on our SUV and they are heavy E-Bikes. As seniors, loading was a challenge to point we stopped taking our bikes on short runs if we needed to transport the on the SUV, as just to much of a burdeon to load and unload. This is a heavy, well constructed rack, that took 1.5 hours to assemble with a ramp. We no longer have to wrestle our bikes onto the rack and once the mountings are adjusted is a snap to load/ unload as the optional ramp allows us to just push bikes up with NO lifting. Fully adjustable for any bike and with its weight rating, we are well under its limits, unlike our Saris where we were at its limits. Rack sits high so no worry on tail drag on driveway or other approaches. Expect it to provide us with long service. The only 2 improvements I would make are, to have a sinch lever / bolt to expand inside the SUV reciever from rack to stabilize & get all wobble out in addition to the existing bolt that holds rack to hitch. The second change, instead of paint, I would powder coat for extended outdoor durability. Just be aware it is a heavy rack however, it is very solid with quality steel and welds which is why the weight. Happy with purchase!

Solid, on a Bronco or Jeep maxed out for a 33” spare tire
I love that the vertical stabilizer bar folds down and I can open my Bronco swing away tailgate door without removing the rack. I hadn’t seen any photos for a Jeep or a Bronco with the Cravot installed. Easy to assemble, seems stable so far. You will need a 24mm /1” socket for the last hitch bolt as an adjustable wrench takes to long. Also bought a 7mm master lock for it

Great rack, except?
This rack is great! Easy to load and unload. Our 2 bikes fit fine even with baskets on the front and back. Only fly in the ointment is a quality control issue. As you can see from the photo, the sleeve installed for support didn't line up with the existing holes. I had to drill out the holes in order to get the pin inserted. Other than a little additional work, the rest of the assembly went smoothly. That's why only 4 stars instead of 5.

Update. Problem solved. Lack of communication.
The media could not be loaded. FINAL UPDATE: I received the replacement rack today. I brought it home and put it together, with the exception of the ramp and attaching to the hitch in the vehicle, because it is currently in the shop. Everything else went together easily, even doing it by myself.I would recommend the bike rack to others. It appears to be a very sturdy rack and I think it will hold up for a long time. Unfortunately, it will be December before I can put my bike on it. There will always be the occasional part that doesn’t fit right. In the end, the company took care of my issue and made it right. UPDATE: I have received an email from the company. They gave me the option of having a new rack sent out or refunding my money. I am having a new rack sent out. I will update my review once I have received it and set it up.Original review: As shown in the video, the part for the front tire doesn’t fit the rack. I was delayed on contacting the seller because I was at my son’s and was heading home the next day, taking a two week trip to get there. I contacted the manufacturer via email through their website. I checked y spam mail because I knew it might end up there. I got no response. I called the phone number on their website and got hung up on. Later I received a call and voicemail from the seller and I was told that the manufacturer would take care of this. They have not. The rack looks well built but when the part doesn’t fit, I can’t use it. I had to leave my bike and rack at my son’s because I didn’t have room in my van to bring it home. If I don’t get the part replaced before I head back to my son’s, I will have to purchase a different rack. This time I will purchase from the manufacturer of the bike because they have excellent customer service. If I had known they sold racks, I would have bought from them initially.

Heavy bike rack, seems adequate
Semi easy to put together, need some ratchet wrenches. Big ones 15/16 to be exact. And other various sizes. The only problem so far is the straps that go through tires arent worth a nickle. The spring on the buckle that holds the plastic strap doesnt have enough tension to hold the strap in place. The straps slide right out. I'll need to get my own straps to secure the tires in place. The ramp is a great feature. Needs some florescent stickers on the back end as it sticks out about 3ft from the vehicle. The weight must be over 60lbs, very cumbersome to put on and remove by one person. But you need it heavy to secure your expensive bikes so they dont bounce around.
