I have an inguinal hernia and after getting these I've had complete relief from the minor issues I was having.The fit has to be correct so make sure you measure with a soft tape, don't kid yourself and you'll be very happy.Not only are they very comfortable and well designed to be so they feel as you'd expect i.e. supporting and firm.I did try some smaller types from another vendor that I ended up buying too large a size of (as I state be careful with sizing) but in comparison these are what you really need.Saying all this I only have two options compared and they work/worked for me.

At first was unsure about comfort but after wearing for a week & a couple of washes found them to be reasonably comfortable. The benefits are good & will continue to wear for the next month while waiting for my operation.Overall I found them very good. Pity about the price but on reflection found them worth it for the benefits.Had to purchase a second pair to allow for regular washing.Yes would recommend.

If I had known what these were like I wouldn't have wasted £100+ on two pairs, which promised next day delivery but finally arrived over a week later.The pants were a poor fit, constantly slipping down during the working day. The pads are not secured very well and escaped down my trouser leg at regular intervals.I won't condemn them further as it may be down to my size and expectations but I can't recommend them at all.

Bought in desperation to alleviate a sometimes painfull Inguinal hernia and frankly wasn't sure what to expect. However having received and worn this item I can catagorically say that it has done the job and although I am not using the pads, the general construction/quality is so good that the measure of help that is being given is surprising. If I have any negative thoughts it is only that it is not easy to put on and takes a little practise to do so as the material is quite thick, stiff and stretchy and at first you think that their is now way you are going to get it on, but a little perseverence and hey presto it's on. Is it uncomfortable, well you'd think that it will be, but in reality once you have it on it is surprisingly comfortable and soon forget that you're actually wearing it. I have found that the easiest way to get it on is to turn the pants inside out get your legs in and then ease the leg holes into position and then pull the rest into position around your waist. Needless to say, taking a leak is not a problem, but anything else, if your in a hurry, is not easy!

Firstly, the size charts are too complicated. I ended up getting several sizes too large. I don't want to return cos who wants a pair of used elephant pants?Secondly, the instructions that come with them are useless. You are supposed to insert these pads into the front pockets. But the diagram is just a scribble for the pad with no clue how to orientate them.Overall, a bad purchase for me.

As indicated on the advert it does the job.

Even thought the product is on the small size it is a good product and I did reorder. However the returns and customer care is horrendous. They are quick to take your money but once you return the item they will not respond to you are acknowledge the return extremely frustrating. Given 1 star but would give 0 if I could for customer service
