This device was purchased on the basis that a device that surpasses the 400F temp range was needed. As a result the application was a huge success and the device to this date is stil being used and has continued to function as expected.

This is my favorite straightener. I have wavy hair, not curly, but it works great for me. This is my second one, my first one lasted about 5 years.

No "auto off" setting. On highest heat it would never totally straighten my normal weight/slightly wavy hair.

I like the item so much and i will buy more for my family next time thank you

I love it because It heats up fast and works better than the other straighteners I have used before I recommend everyone get one

I purchased this item in March 2011, in June 2011 the cord started to come unattached from the iron, and when I was inspecting it, it blew up on me! It left black smoke all over my hands and I even got about a 2'' long electrical burn on the back of my hand... I would not recommend anyone purchase this item... It seriously, blew up but luckily not in my face. Now I'm stuck with no flat iron...

Over all good product,heats up nicely, my girls have very thick hair and it does a great job straightening their hair, shipped quickly, thank you.

I have very tight curls so it's really hard to find a straightener to flatten my hair straight but this seems to do a good job.
