I brought the 16gb ram with 240 ssd and 1tb harddrive. I'm currently using the PC to make music in fl20 running heavy cpu plugins flawlessly. I am really happy with this purchase. Boot time is minimal. I tried playing some games but the stock graphics card isn't greatest but will suffice for what I do which is mainly music production. If you want this for gaming I suggest getting a better graphics card. Only downside I've had which I'm not sure is a major issue is when transferring files to my 1tb harddrive I get a rumble sound which bugs me quite a bit especially when I'm making music. The case I got is the silent black case. It's not loud but its definitely not silent. I would recommend this pc. Great value for money

Old ACER Desktop gave up the ghost, so researched for replacement, was a little concerned over buying straight off Amazon and on the basis of review (be sure to read them as a lot of the poor scores dont seem to have comments which justify the low score). Anyway, Palicomp PC arrived, plugged in and not a single issue, followed the instructions, reloaded the software and it runs like a dream. It arrived well packaged and protected, instructions are good and even had a call from the company a few days before to confirm delivery and warranty arrangements. The PC itself is very capable, runs everything i have thrown at it - not a gamer but do a lot of video editing and presentations, hasnt skipped a beat, very pleased.

extremely fast pc with the new i7 processor and operating system on an SSD plus a standard drive for my files. Been using it constantly for a couple of weeks, no issues at all. Needed to call their support line as I wanted to add another back up drive but couldn't find the cables.. well, my fault for not speccing more cables, and found an upgrade was easy. Palicomp were happy to advise exactly what I needed.the PC is big, very big - so be aware of that. I believe the machines are built to order, so any upgrades can be done before dispatch, so be sure to know exactly what you want if not the standard machine.all in all, very happy.

Had this pc for a few weeks now and I am very impressed with the delivery and performance. I am using this for video editing mostly and it runs my software with super speed and no noise what so ever coming out of the pc. Would definitely recommend as a decent quality workstation for a generous price

Really happy with my purchase. The computer is very quiet and fast.Got a call from Palicomp before they dispatched to ensure that we were happy with the spec and they explained the warranty. They also recommended some upgrade options.In summary, i am verry happy with the computer and Palicomp services.

Unfortunately the headlines you read on the website do not resemble reality; it's a collection of cheap components put together to produce a computer...and you end up paying double to get the right quality. recieved the computer with no memory chips and after lengthy email exchange ended up paying 1/2 the cost of new memory chips which I had to pay someone to install it...then the processor fan started making awful noise ands they simply ignore emails. pathetic13 Dec 2019 Update. The incompetence from this retailer never ceases. they have now asked us to open up the computer and start disabling fans one at the time until WE determine the source of the noise. shocking

Very Impressed, customer service was excellent, I was contacted by the seller within 24hrs to confirm all aspects of the machine and to clarify what i would receive. Machine is as described and works like a dream - It was recommended by an IT friend and more than meets expectations.

I needed a new computer as I had an old one and was running Windows XP which I liked, I know nothing about computers but if you read these reviews they are from people who seem to know what they're talking about and I love mine. But my review is about the support from Palicomp, after buying the new computer I wanted all of my files from Windows XP transfered over to Windows 10, James at Palicomp worked tirelessly to move them over and he got there in the end. I cannot praise this firm enough they are SUPERB, thanks guys.
