What with Covid and all, we had a little work table at the front door for deliveries to be set on. Started with food delivery and then boxes and mail. Turns out to be extremely handy. Except that there was a 3 foot square table sitting at the side of our front door, blocking the ramp for my wife's wheelchair. Okay, not heavy, can move it around. Yeah, getting older and unsteadier, so with my luck I'd fall down the steps. Looked around for something hinged to fold out of the way and found this little table. About the only thing we could find actually. Reviews were pretty good, but no other option, so went for it. Nice size table, just make sure you (or in our case, our contractor) can either read Chinese or figure it out by sight. Our guys figured it out just fine. Had to cut down one of the legs to get it level on the ramp. It folds up nice and tight against the house, doesn't even extend over the lip of the brick facia. They had to jury rig a couple of things to work with the vinyl siding on the house, sliding wood under the siding to make everything look really good. Only problem (not a real one though) is the release button. Kind of temperamental due to needing a wood spacer because of the siding. May end up replacing it with an old-fashioned barrel slide. Looks really nice, sturdy and should last for a long time.

This table is heavy and has no resistance to slowly lower. Flimsy legs do not stay open. Even with wall anchors, if you do not manually, slowly lower table it could rip the anchors out of the wall. Without resistance, this has the potential to fall on someone and cause an injury. Because of this, I would not install it and asked for a prepaid return label. They would not provide so I had to pay. It took 3 months before they approved return. Do not do business with this China based company.

Got this for our Airbnb studio. It fits perfectly in the space. I’m sure guest will love it! The latch was a little awkward and the instructions are in Chinese but otherwise it’s a nice table.

1) Desk is solid & well-built, which was why I went with a higher price compared to other similar products that had questionable reviews.2) Instructions are in an Asian language3) Doesn’t take a genius to install. Just make sure you use a stud finder to locate studs that are 16 inches on center. Pre-drill holes and then fasten wall mounts which are attached to the table.4) Included suspension bolt doesn’t work well at all with drywall ( but is probably great for masonry). Pick up a Weather seal sash lock (window lock, see picture) and EZ Anchor (item 11364) from Lowe’s to fasten the screws into.5) I had to raise the window lock slightly using door shims (thin pieces of wood) to keep the hook from scratching the wood. I might put another one on the right side as a failsafe.

Particle board poorly pressed. Do not make a mistake mounting this or it's over.

The table was about what you would expect- actually I thought it would work where I needed it perfect.But when I opened it there was 2 big dings in wood from shipping. Still I thought I'd use it. I hung it up and realized the clasp that holds it to the wall when up didn't stay closed... then I thought I would just replace that. Lastly , I opened it and "locked" the legs open and in the lock position they kept folding to close.I finally took it down and returned it... waiting on another style to arrive now

The order lead time for these tables is very long and I see that previous purchasers have complained about non-delivery. I did interact with the seller and they were responsive. Ultimately, the table arrived within the original delivery window. I am very happy with the product. It comes with solid wall anchors, so I purchased some drywall wing anchors which secure it perfectly. Installation time was less than 30 minutes (drill + screwdrivers needed) and when out it is sturdy and stable. Perfect for an apartment. I have a laptop, coffee, headset and various office accessories on it, and there is plenty of working space. When folded away it is neat and secure.

Just what you would expect from the price. It arrived well packaged and fully assembled. Mounting was easy, but be prepared to get anchors that match your wall conditions. They do include anchors, but of dubious quality.
