The engraved lettering on your nameplate is then infilled with black paint for a high quality finish. These solid brass stable nameplates are made from 1.0mm thick polished brass and are engraved in our factory environment before being packaged and delivered directly to you. We recommend pre-drilling the surface you are fixing to in order to prevent the screw heads being stripped. Cleaning & After Care These name plates are crafted from the finest solid brass, which can be cleaned with a polish specifically for brass, such as "Brasso". The engraved stable nameplate should then be wiped with a damp cloth to remove any excess polish from the infilled lettering, before being buffed with a soft cloth.
