Good/Consistent Accuracy, Good Price, Battery Hog
Product went through calibration no problem. I thought it was ogg, but I really had a lot of C0-2 - yikes. It's been an eye-opener for managing in-home CO-2 levels. After a month of use, I can now gauge whether to leave window open a finger or two fingers or a sliver based on how cold it is outside.Doesn't come with a super-good travel pouch but traveled okay alongside other electronics. The big LED read-out is great, as it the green-yellow-red light, but it is a battery hog - sometimes I get just a day, day-and-a-half of charge. You can turn the LED off for longer, continuous read-out, or, as I did, rig a power cord to it.

Small and convenient, but a little wobbly
We like our monitor, which is small and convenient to bring around, e.g., to other rooms, or to the office. The readings are pretty accurate. However, it is a little wobbly. I think the design could improve by making the base flat.

I almost returned it. It takes a while to start working correctly.
It was stuck on 500 when I turned it on so I did the calibration thing and but it remained at 500. I redid the calibration and afterwards it went to 5000 and then started coming down. Temp was way off (high) for the first several hours as well. Now it seems to have settled in and is working properlLast night I conducted a little experiment to test it. I put it in my well-ventilated, 68F bedroom, closed the door to the hallway, closed the windows, turned off the AC and went to bed. It was reading in the low 400s when I went to sleep. When I woke up this morning it was close to 1,000! After opening the windows and bedroom door it began falling and half an hour later it's back to 410-415.Highly recommended, but give it some time to settle in. Also, the back on mine wasn't installed properly which prevented charging, but I snapped it into place with some serious thumb pressure and fixed it so it's all good now.

Worked for a while, now won't charge
At first, I was pleased with this item. The display was bright and easy to read, and the unit was small enough to put on a desk or shelf. The battery life wasn't great, only about 48 hours before needing a recharge. But after about 6 weeks, my unit is now dead and will not recharge. As a result, I'm dropping the review to 1-star and I recommend shoppers look for a different product.

Works great, a little hard to read.
Reads 410 outside, 550 inside. Adding Co2 to my tent and it gets up to 1100. I can see and check my Co2 quickly. The read-out is grey on black, it is not hard to read up close, but hard to read across the room. Not an issue, though really.

CO2 ppm seems detected right, but battery doesn't last long (2 days).
The CO2 detector seems reasonable and accurate. When I open the window and exchange air, it shows around 410ppm. Also, I realized how much CO2 would increase when I use gas in the kitchen. The problem is that the battery only lasts two days. I am not sure this is considered long for a CO2 detector using NDIR. This product does not come with only a cable not with a charger like Apple does for iPhone, and I need to use one for other devices and plug it in and out almost every day.

At CO2 levels >500ppm this one consistently underestimates readings by about 20%
At CO2 levels >500ppm this one consistently gives readings about 20-25% too low.Bought this to compare to my Aranet4 CO2 reader (the trusty Lexus of CO2 readers). The Aranet has an app, stores 2 weeks of data, and years of battery life without charging thanks to the dim e-paper display. This one has a bright LED display, thus the battery lasts less only 18 hours before needed to be charged. The charger is the older style USB.To keep where you can charge it easily (desk/car), this is okay. To carry around with you or to track variation in your home/office, the Aranet is worth the extra money.A comparison of CO2 readings with 40% humidity.. Outside they read the same at 420-450.Inside readings for Mywhiteng v Aranet: 1056 v 1231; 754 v 894; 608 v 769; 540 v 684; 439 v 582; 400 v 500.So at lower CO2 levels the puck reads about 20% lower & at higher levels about 15% lower.I gave it to a family member to try. She may exchange it for a smaller reader that she can clip from her bag. That'd have even less battery life, but wouldn't need to be taken out in a shop or restaurant and put on the table or in the cart.I think this would be a good choice for offices and restaurants to put on a counter, to reassure staff and customers about CO2 levels.

No audible alarm means it is relatively unobtrusive for checking air quality
Used it in a variety of settings. Easy to calibrate and use. Responsive to changes. It clearly showed the need for ventilation/filtration in a closed up house with a group of people in it as the levels rose to the yellow and red zones (fortunately I was running several HEPA air filters). It also showed that the modern office buildings I went into had good ventilation as the CO2 levels were the same as outside air.

Tut, was es soll. Der Preis is angemessen. Also eher nichts für super Ungeldudige. Mich hat es nicht gestört.
