The glow in the dark pebbles dont glow in the dark. I can't return them unless I pick up all the little rocks. I deserve my money back. Worthless

Horrible waste of money. These do not glow. I put them in my back yard in the rock around my patio. It is so sunny out there that it’s hard to keep things alive. These things do not glow. Totally false advertising
