Works well in small rooms. Stay within 2 feet of it for best resilts. :/
I bought this to use in our bedrooms if we were to get sick. I didn't go with a more expensive brand because we have small children and I could see this getting damaged at some point. It just so happens we became ill the day before it arrived. It has been running 5 days straight now. We keep it on the night stand and have it directed at the pillow.Pros: Price. It was about $30, much cheaper than the other $$$ options Easy to use Options! You can have the lights on, off, cycle through colors, or pick your favorite. You can adjust the mist level and turn the ionizer on or off Included optional directional spout (we use this at all time. see Cons for more details) Base comes in different colors. We chose pink and it has a pearl like finish. It also can come in white or blue Easy to move from room to room. Cord is long enough for most places. Automatic shut off when its emptyCons: Without the spout, the mist goes up about 6 inches and falls straight down. With the spout, the mist goes forward about 12 inches. This does not scent a full sized room (living room, kitchen, etc) You need to be within 8 feet of it to smell the oils, even when using "therapeutic grade" EO. After about an hour or 2, you need to within 2 feet. Any longer than that, the mist needs to be hitting you in the face.Overall, I would consider buying this again so we have one for each bedroom. I am going to be looking around for more effective options though.

Nice Diffuser
I waited a while to write this review to ensure that this unit was still working properly. I'm happy to report that it is working fine for me and overall, I'm happy with this product so far. I don't use the changing color lights option, but they do work and I may use the lights at some point. I like the feature that allows a choice of either full and constant moisture flow or intermittent flow. I also like the fact that the unit will automatically shut off when the water in the reservoir runs low. My only complaint is that I seem to need to clean the unit frequently and find it needs a good cleaning each time I have to refill with water. If I don't clean it frequently, the moisture flow either stops completely or comes out very sparsely. If you are using essential oils that are extracted from resins (myrrh, frankencense, etc.), you will definitely need to clean this unit more often. I usually keep the moisture flow dial fully open, but like the fact that I can control the flow if I want. This feature is probably very useful to others who have this product. So far so good with this diffuser. It's been doing a fine job for my needs.

Who wrote these operating instructions?
nice little diffuser but definitely not a room humidifier. If you want a humidifier buy a larger item specifically made for room humidification. However this product works well but is highly overpriced for what it does. I chose this particular item for the mist control & it does work well. It holds only 200 ml not the 250 ml as advertised. The motor runs very quietly. Slight little hum comes from the water pulsating in the unit, which is nice. Condensation occurs when water in the unit is filled to max fill line, though not a problem so far. Lights work well steady or alternating colors. It makes a very nice night light, not too bright. Accompanying instructions are impossible to understand. Obviously written by someone with a poor understanding of the English language, sentence structure, poor grammar combined are laughable & totally USELESS (surprisingly, found no spelling mistakes though). I went to the original Amazon product page to figure out how to operate unit. Forewarned! made in China. Overall a nice small diffuser.

It looks very very good and colors give a nice touch
Got the Welledia Wave Aromatherapy Ultrasonic oil diffuser today. I have other diffusers and this one has nothing to envy to more expensive brands. It looks very very good and colors give a nice touch. Unit is made with good materials and in contrast to other reviews, instructions were no complicated. Excellent output of steam. It lasted on a tankful 4+ hours which is great. Only giving a 4 stars because it didn't shut-off on its own the two occasions I used it today and had to turn it off manually. Don't know if it is a defective unit (on the seller description is suppose to shut-off when level of water is low). Planning to buy another for other room. If anyone has an idea of the shut-off issue will appreciate it. Definitely will recommend it to others.October 21, 2014Diffuser is working just fine. My mistake was to look at the diffuser when it was almost empty and believed it didn't shut-off appropriately. Actually on the third use I fell asleep and it did shut-ff correctly on its own. I give myself a one star for giving the wrong evaluation of the product. My apology. Everybody in the family loves it and I am ordering 2 more.Product should be 5 stars.

Real good product ..directions need to be re-written
This product is exactly what I wanted. There is a soft bubbling sound of water which if you are in bed with no noise you can hear it and its actually peaceful. I had read in other reviews that the sent of the oil only lasted a short time. This is not true. What happens is that your sense of smell gets used to it...but if you go walk outside and come back in there it is the lovely smell of essential oil. Also, I had no issue with the lid at all as some reviewers described. The only small negitive I could find were the directions. They were clearly written by some one who does not speak English. They totally need to be re-wriiten. That said ,its not that hard to figure out how to use the unit. So far no problems and would totally buy another one for the office.
