quality-price
I loved them, they have a very nice design, the sound quality is very good although the bass presence is a little low but if you have Spotify and configure the sound the bass improves a lot, for the price they seem very good to me, I will definitely keep them!!

As far as the sound goes, I'm more satisfied with it than Sony WH-1000XM5.
For the price, I'm quite content. I purchased zs10 pro along with this unit and they arrived together. This one has slightly less bass than Zs10 Pro. I don't mean that the bass is insufficient. I think Zs10 Pro might be a little too much. This one sounds a bit lighter and slightly lower volume at the same level as zs10 pro. But that's not a negative because I don't think I'll go up all the way as it is loud enough to hurt my ears way before I reach the highest setting on volume. They both sound great and satisfying. But if you like bass-heavy, go for zs10 pro. If you don't like too much bass, this unit will do you fine. After using Bluetooth buds and headphones that cost hundreds of dollars, I feel like I've ben ripped off. The loss of sound quality is too much price to pay for the convenience of wireless. I think I'll stay away from my Bluetooth stuff for a while.

Good sound quality but…
Cable connection is short. Unfortunately!More 6 to 8 inches will be perfect!

Works Fine For Now
I must admit I'm a bit gunshy about gushing over electronic gadgets. I'm happy if they work right out of the box (these did) but I'll wait and see regarding durability under actual working gig use. I bought these to round out an IEM system that I've been on the fence about. My first impression, when hooking the base unit and then these earbuds together, was that it was really a game changer. Good crisp sound, noise cancellation very ( so good I had to get used to it!) but then again, I'm new to IEMs and I have nothing more expensive to compare them to. For my whole setup I probably spent about 125.00 bucks. I'll revisit this review after I use the system on gigs. Solo guitar/ Singer in restaurants and bars. Using it with a FIshman SA330x column. The monitor out works well with this. The earbuds sound good to me. Again, haven't used expensive ones. UPDATE: I was using this with an Electro-Voice RE20 microphone and found that the room noise was being picked up and interfering with the mix. It tended to cancel out the guitar and gave me a strange metallic echo that just sounded WRONG. That may be for electronic reasons I just can't figure out yet. Oh and it's sporadic. I've switched over to using an Audio Technica AT812 mike and will see how that works out. Onward.

Worth the money
Very crisp, clear sound quality. Great value for the money.

Generally unusable if the product is defective
No volume modulation despite changing the audio input of my devices; this set was defective and only produced a very low-volume--almost undetectable--sound, and there was a lot of static noise in the output. The item description claims it comes with a user manual, which I would have consulted in hopes of remedying the above issues, but my box contained only the buds, the wire with plug, replacement silicone ear inserts, and a "warranty" card that was printed in Chinese.I have returned them and purchased a major manufacturer's brand instead.

Great sound quality
They sound amazing and are the best bang for the buck. I would recommend getting the one with the microphone. They fit perfectly and are very comfortable.

bad design
not that bad but the logo part on my left side is unstable and comes off every time I remove my headphones. It should be one whole piece instead of two separate parts.
