My only complaint is that this thing may turn on in your luggage. Way too easy to accidentally turn on. Otherwise no complaints. The accessories are better than other units. You get more tips with this one. The battery lasts about a week or two before you have to recharge. Good deal. UPDATE: 9 months and still going strong. I think because I am careful to never charge longer than absolutely necessary. This battery has no limit so it will overcharge and be ruined quickly.

I had major dental work (extractions, jawbone surgery, grafting, dry socket, infection, implants) and needed something to help keep the area clean and emptied-out, given that my tissue didn't bond properly to the implants, thus allowing food in.The unit has generally worked well for me and I like a lot about it, including how long it would go between charges.Things I don't like:1. It seems impossible not to taint the cleanliness of the water reservoir when opening its little door. I suggest filling the reservoir with hypochlorous acid (nature's germ killer) and letting the hypochlorous disinfect the door.2. It is too easy to accidentally turn the unit off when using it, based on the location of the on/off button.3. I wish the unit would default to the last-used power setting, but I have had to reset it each time.4. My unit's battery appears to be failing. The unit will charge appropriately, but then only run for seconds. If I turn it back on, it will run another few seconds, then the process repeats. As far as I know, the unit can't be opened to replace the batteries, but correct me if I'm wrong.

This portable water flosser does a great job cleaning between my teeth and I'm very pleased with my purchase for that reason. It lost 1 star because the on/off button is placed so that it is very easy to accidentally turn on. I waited over a month before this review so that I could train myself to be more careful but I just shot water across the room (Occasionally in my face) for the umpteenth time yesterday. I would still buy it again if needed.1 Sep 2019 I have been using this at least twice a day for the past year and am still happy I bought it. I haven't accidentally hit the on button after the first week. At this point in time I would give it 5 stars.18 Nov 2019: For fun I didn't charge it every Sunday as usual. Starting with a full charge it lasted 26 days before stopping. Impressed.

I was super excited to get this product and use it . It worked beautifully for the 5 times I used it and then it stopped working. It shows as charging and then fully charged but will not turn on. I emailed the company for a refund or replacement and never got a response . Will not buy from this company ever again . Save your money and dont buy this hunk of junk**Edited to add: I contacted the company on 9 Jan and finally got a response on 15 Jan asking for my order number so they could send me a replacement. I replied the same day and have gotten no response back by 24 Jan. Horrible, horrible customer service and horrible product. Cannot believe that this company can even stay in business with their lack of customer service skills as well as inferior product

Ovonni portable water flossed works perfectly. Before this, I had the Phillips water pik. With a full charge, the Phillips only lasted 5 days the most before needing to be recharged. Then you have to make sure you don’t overcharged. Otherwise it kills the battery...which is what happened to mine after 18 months. The water pik did improve my oral health tremendously. I know I need to continue with some kind of water flossing regiment. So I was going to just get another Phillips figuring I’ll invest $50-60 every year and a half. Came across Ovonni and took a chance. What a gr8 product. It is powerful and the battery last and last. It’s easy to clean and came with multiple tips and travel bag. I definitely recommend this over the Phillips.

Okay, I absolutely loved this thing until it started acting up. I've had it for about a month and a half and it was a joy to use! It's easy to clean and bring places because it is compact. But it's acting strangely now, and it seems way too soon for that. I brought it on a trip and things were going fine until the third night when it would just randomly turn on. I'd wake up, turn it off, then go back to sleep only to be awoken anywhere from 20 minutes to an hour later. It made for a rough night. It eventually stopped. But it didn't just stop turning on randomly, now it stays off randomly. It wouldn't turn on for the next two days after that and sometimes it does that out of the blue at home now, too. Some days it works great, other days it acts like it's haunted and either won't turn on or turns on when I don't want it to. I charge it when I'm not using it, so I think the battery inside must be flaky.

It works fine but even the low setting is a bit much for me.

This water flosser is probably the best thing I've ever bought! I have a bridge, so flossing above it is not as easy as normal flossing between teeth. With the irrigator, I don't have to buy floss and extra floss threaders consistently. It makes flossing (which to me was always a hassle) easy, and hassle free. My husband loves it too, so having the extra head attachments is very nice! It doesn't need to be charged all the often. I've had it a few months and charged it maybe 3 times.It does take some learning however. The first time I used it, I got water everywhere! But it is easy to use. The travel case is nice for keeping the extra pieces as well. It comes with a USB charging cable, but not an adapter unfortunately.Bottom line, this irrigator is well worth the money! Don't spend hundred on one when this one is just as great.
