I’m really torn on this one. It’s a very bright flashlight and it’s super easy to charge with the included cables. It comes in a nice pouch and is the perfect size and weight, so it’s really portable. However, it really only has two settings. Beam or strobe. Yes, you can have a dim beam and slow strobe. But it really only does that.If you don’t need anything more no problem. Also, it’s super bright so that’s great. I mean it’s really bright.

I recently purchased these flashlights specifically for my Swift Water Rescue gear. I've had the opportunity to use these lights in and around the water, and I must say, I am extremely impressed. The quality of these flashlights surpasses my expectations. They are incredibly durable and feel heavy-duty, giving me confidence in their reliability during challenging rescue operations.What's truly remarkable is the distance these lights can illuminate. The range is simply mind-blowing. I can effortlessly light up the entire scene, or I can focus on illuminating objects up to 100 yards away with remarkable clarity.Not only have I been thoroughly impressed, but the rest of my team has also recognized the value of these lights and has since purchased them for their own use. In fact, I have been so impressed that I've purchased more of these flashlights for my personal use.I can confidently say that you will be impressed with these flashlights as well!

Pros: Relatively well built. Beam is consistent more or less across visible area, i.e. no hot spot. The default first power on mode is HIGH, and does not change when first powered on- it always defaults to HIGH. This is actually GOOD and preferred. Wife is sensitive to flashing lights, so this is IMPORTANT to me. A bright even light is good for reading fine print in dimly lit areas.Battery (18650) fit into the compartment is Not too tight and not too loose like many other flashlights.Brightness- not the brightest flashlight I have, but more than sufficient for most uses, on high. On low, still quite usable. COB light works good enough. Magnet is strong enough to hold the flashlight in place.Cons: The light head is pulled out fully to use the COB light; this is a little wobbly, but not bad. Both flashlights in the set were like this. The batteries are weak and "junk" quality. Tested out at 985 mAH for the better of the two. Replaced battery with known better quality 18650 and light is brighter. The batteries that came with the flashlight did work, but flashlight works better when replaced.I bought this flashlight knowing I would likely replace the batteries, with the need for a decent light, magnetic, 18650 ( have a few spares ), etc. To this end, it's a success. The COB light was a bonus. Had no intention of using the built in charger. For the price, this flashlight is a good value.

Took these camping for the first time this weekend. The light beam was tight, bright and only got stopped because of the trees and brush.The beam casted about 80ft (I couldn’t see further because of the surrounding area) and incredibly well focused.I’d buy again.

Two years after having bought my first set of these, I'm back to get another set and finally get around to writing a review.I've been using these for illumination on my almost-daily night-time dog walks in all weather (original use intent). Having two means that I can keep one in my bedroom in fully charged state, swap as needed when the "in-use" one's battery runs out. I typically operate on the low-power setting for longer battery life and maximum beam spread, that's plenty of light for dogwalking.And of course when one has a versatile tool like this lying around, one finds all sorts of other random uses for it. The magnet mount option and side LED area light have gotten used for after-dark operation of power tools in the driveway, and short-notice rearrangement of shed contents. One of the kids was taping a flashlight to his bike handlebars for night riding. I've had to retrieve one or both flashlights from kids so many times I'm surprised that it took over two years for one of them to completely disappear, and with the rechargeable battery I don't have to get grumpy with them over burning through disposables.The only problem I've had with these (and reason I was tentatively planning on buying a different model for second go) was that sometimes when they get dropped they completely stop working. Loose wire or something along those lines? But I've always been able to get it functioning again with randomly smacking the flashlight until it resumes operation; there's a number of dents in the housing attesting to how many drops these things have been subjected to and they still work so guess I don't have much to complain about and they are worth buying again.

These flashlights originally worked well. They are very bright. I rotated the two I bought so I had at least one fully charged flashlight at all times. The trouble is that I have owned them for just over five months and now neither light will hold a charge. They work right after I take them off the charger but only for a few seconds...then nothing. So pretty much a waste of money for me. I expected to get a few years out of them.CORRECTION...I tried a couple of different ways to recharge them and after using a charger with about 2.5 amps the lights both took a charge and are working well. They now will charge on any regular usb port. Very happy with this purchase.

I got one for me and my girl. Lots of fun. Charges quick and last long time. The magnetic strength is also impressive.
