Darkstar Skateboards started off as Skateboard wheel company in the late 1990's by Chet Thomas and his brother Matt Thomas, but when A-Team was dissolved in 2000 they decided to add a wood division to Darkstar with a team consisting of Chet Thomas, Guy Kampfen and Ryan Kenreich.These days Darkstar is part of Dwindle distribution alongside Almost Skateboards, Blind, Cliche, Dusters, Enjoi, Speed Demons, Superior and Tensor Trucks and still continue to thrive and have become one of biggest skateboard companies on the market offering professional skateboard equipment at a low price point but still retaining the high quality and durability demanded by skateboarders today.Darkstar have a killer team of skateboarders including Ryan Decenzo, PLG, Greg Lutzka, Chet Thomas, Adam Dyet, John Hanlon, Tyson Bowerbank and Manolo Robles.
