I just discovered this last week and have already ordered 3 more. I meant to order the 20 ounce but somehow ordered the 28. I love it so i'll be keeping it. That one i will keep in my car to transfer drinks that i get at restaurants or fast food places. I live in Florida and cold drinks get hot (and really watered down) quick!!! I first put some ice tea and ice in it around 2pm. Ran some errands and then went to dinner at 3:45. It was about 91 degrees out. Got home around 8pm and my tea was still ice cold (and still had ice). The tumbler was left in the car the whole time. I have since ordered 2 of the 16 ounce and one 20 ounce. I bought these mainly because they had mostly great reviews and I really wanted separate tops for hot/cold beverages. I plan on using these mostly for cold and wanted a secure straw top. This has exceeded my expectations! An added plus is they are so attractive and sleek - easy to hold & fit in cup holders. I'm just a regular person that orders a lot on amazon - i have no affiliation with any product or seller. i rarely write reviews but i read a ton of them! this product is definitely worth taking the time to submit a review.
