This PS5 DualSense controller charger is a nice solution if you're looking to streamline and organize your gaming area. There are a few features that make it less than ideal, but overall it's a pretty decent product for the price point.PROS: The controller stand works right out of the box, no assembly required. It comes with the charging station which is made of lightweight plastic,, a USB-C to USB-C cable, and a (very tiny) instruction manual.Charging seems to be decently fast when plugged into a wall outlet using a USB-C wall charger block (not included). I haven't tried charging through the PS5 itself, but with the only USB-C port being on the front of the PS5 it would sort of defeat the purpose of streamlining the gaming area.The RGB light at the bottom edge of the stand is a nice decorative feature and is adjustable with the click of a button from rainbow to several single colors, and can also be turned off if so desired.The bottom of the stand has a non-skid feature so that it doesn't slide around when trying to place the controllers.CONS: The biggest con is that the controllers don't slide easily onto the charger. I've had a bit of a struggle every time I've placed them on the stand to get them to sit just right. The lack of an included charging brick is also a bit of a downer, since it's USB-C to USB-C (I don't have a lot of those bricks just laying around the house so it will need to be a separate purchase for me.)This is a small gripe but the included instruction booklet is teeny tiny - so tiny you may need a magnifying glass to read the print. But usage of the stand is quite intuitive, so the instructions are almost unnecessary anyway.All things considered, I'm happy with this stand and would recommend it. Minor imperfections aside, it does the intended job of keeping the PS5 controllers charged and ready while at the same time keeping my gaming area neat and tidy.

I use a PS5 controller with my PC, and while cable length is not an issue for me, the cable being in the way of the keyboard or getting snagged on it while I play is. I can unplug the USB cable while I play and then plug it back in again when I am done, but realistically I will forget that second step at least some of the time and I'll be stuck gaming with a cable in my way when I want to game on a dead battery, so something to rest my controller on was on my list of things to get.What I like:- It works.- You can turn the lighting off.- It has a soft rubber-like pad on the bottom that keeps it from sliding all over the place when you try to put the controller on it.- It comes with a soft USB-C cable that won't misbehave on your desk due to being too stiff to go where you want it to.- Low center of gravity so the base does not tip.What I don't like:- If it loses power, it does not remember how you set the lighting. Could be an issue if you power it from a computer and the computer shuts down the USB power when it goes to sleep mode and you don't like the default color cycle.- Putting the controller on the charger requires some effort to line it up. It is held in place by a nub that protrudes into the headset jack.- Controllers have a higher center of gravity when docked and could be easily knocked off. (Probably by your cat, if you have one.)If you have one or two controllers that need to be charged and do not have mischievous animals or children on the prowl near it, then this item will do the job. If you do have animals or children, then I would be wary of putting it a significant distance above a hard surface I didn't want my controller to contact at high velocity.

I love that this item speeds of charging time and allows charging of two controllers at once. It is allows for so much more efficiency than plugging and unplugging the charger into my playstation every time it runs out of juice. It is easy to connect to and the indicator lights are helpful to ensure that the controllers are charging. I do wish the connection cord was longer, or that it contained parts to simply plug it into the wall, but overall I am really pleased with this. I would recommend.

It looks good and looks like it belongs next to the PS5.I've had a few of these types of chargers in the past and they were, meh. But this was a pleasant surprise. I appreciated the heft, not heavy, but sturdy. It also has rubber feet to keep it in place.However, it has an LED around the base the changes color at a regular interval. To me it's distracting but my teenage son liked it so it's found its way onto his PS5.Charges reliably and quickly.
