I don't use regular pasta anymore. I now get quinoa pasta for my family. better for them and you cannot tell the difference. give it a try!

Gluten-free pasta excellent taste
Worth, every penny! The best gluten-free pasta I have ever tried. I ordered a case of 12 boxes if that tells you anything; very light and tastes better than regular pasta, in my opinion, the quinoa is the secret to that pasta’s flavor. ❤️

Good texture and flavor
Who doesn’t love pasta? I have tried several gluten-free brands of pasta to minimize wheat in my diet and this is the best so far. Also, we are vegan and it is nice to have a pasta with higher protein. I used to make Banza pasta all the time but they changed the recipe and it’s very starchy. This quinoa band is more nutritious and higher in protein than the rice brands, and has better texture and flavor than the chickpea and lentil brands we’ve tried.

The best gluten free pasta
I’ve been buying this brand for year and absolutely love the taste. Goes so well with any sauce, especially fresh pesto. Wish they made more shapes!

I can't tell it's gluten free!
Growing up, Mom had 'spaghetti night' on Wednesdays and it's a fond memory. No spaghetti nights for me since diagnosed with celiac in 2014 :( Then I read a review of 5 different brands of gluten free pasta and Andean topped the list.I tried it and the reviewers are right, you can't tell it is gluten free. I cooked it for 20 minutes, a little longer than the package says, and the noodles were soft, but not disintegrating and free of the sandy texture so prevalent in other GF brands. I stored the left-over pasta and sauce together and the next day the pasta retained it's texture, it didn't soften or disintegrate overnight.The only down side is the cost, I haven't been able to find it in a store and shipping equals $$ .

They cook well and is delicious!!!!
My order arrived in time and was well packed. I love this product. I can eat it and have no tummy issues. You can do anything with it that you can do with normal pasta, with no digestive problems.This is a wonderful alternative to wheat pasta with gluten. It's has no gluten and I can eat as much as I want.I am so glad I can get it here because the only place normally I would get it is Whole Foods. I no longer have to take a train ride to buy my pasta. I love this pasta that much.

Best tasting quinoa pasta
I love this pasta. It tastes & looks like normal pasta. Unfortunately I can’t afford it unless it’s on sale. That’s my only complaint.
