The product is easy to use and the customer support of seller "Trade Info" is on another level. I tried this test late in the night and got some doubt with the correct procedure to use it and its result. finding no other sollution over internet I leave a text over the whatsapp number given by the seller. I didnt expect it but they did reply in the dead of night around 1245 pm and answer all my question with patience. I would recommend the product to all in need. Only a needle given...no dropper or syringes is given to put the blood droplet in the kit...so its better to go for different brand
