Hard to breastfeed and pump at same time but made it workwith larger breasts
I am at a DD when breastfeeding so went with the large - not extra large one. I didnt want the huge band (that goes down over part of the abdomen) and glad I didnt do it. Keep it velcroed to the size of your breast and slide it off and on overhead so that you dont have to "re-strap" every time you put it on. Bough this so that I could breastfeed on one side and pump on the other with the cut out provided. Unable to wear the bra fully when doing so though because my breast does not fit through the opening. Just fold the breastfeeding side up so that baby gets full access to the nipple and areola.

Great that it is adjustable based on day to day ...
it's bigger than I expected but it is one size fits. Great that it is adjustable based on day to day needs. Sometimes I have to tighten it beyond Velcro when less engorged for a smaller fit, but still attached to material with no damage to that inner material. With ability to tighten, it helps draw out milk when engorged so I do not need to add so much force with manual expression when pumping. Right now using at home and when pumping. I do agree that Velcro is loud and I will go into another room to in hook if baby sleeping near by.

meh useless
it is a shapeless strip made of that material that they use to make wrist and ankle wraps (when you sprain them ex.) - the material is not breathable and rather rigid. no shape at all - nothing to fit the body curves - makes it so uncomfortable. very cumbersome to put it on - you need help to velcro it well. the slits for the bottles/ nipples are off - not where the nipples really are. frustrating! my advise - buy a sports bra and make holes in it instead.

Best pump bra
I have a Medella PISA pump and this bra is perfect. I bought a $40 medulla brand bra but now that medella changed the flange parts where the connector stays attached to the rest of the hook up I can no longer use that bra. This bra straps easily and my flanges fit perfect. I use the 8 oz. bottles when pumping and so far they have not slipped off. The only downside is the instructions say hand wash only, I think maybe so the velcro doesn't mess up, but I would've preferred if I could just throw it in the wash with the rest of my clothes.

Totally worth it!
I’m a FTM that hates pumping and I was looking for a way to use my hands while doing other things so I could distract myself. I was skeptical about this because I’m a DD, but this works perfectly. (I’m actually typing this review on my phone with both hands while using the PumpStrap!) I highly recommend this, even though it’s more expensive than other hands-free bras on Amazon.

Not good for at night pumping session
It worked, held up the flanges and 30-40mL of breastmilk without spilling. However, the velcro is extremely loud and makes baby flinch everytime! Not good for at night pumping session. The one size is way too big for me, I barely was able to make the velcro stay. Unfortunately I had to return it bc those were deal breakers. Bc it didnt fir well, I couldnt wear it all the time. I had to remove and put back on each time I pump, which was every 3 hours, which means the velcro would wake my baby up.

Even a single pump this would be useful as it completely frees up your hand and it ...
A must have when you are using a double pump! Even a single pump this would be useful as it completely frees up your hand and it uses some compression to help push the milk down.

Good buy
Great fit, love that it’s velcro so it can adjust to my size regardless of how big or small I am. And the nipple cutouts were good for both holding my breast pumps so I wouldn’t have to and I could also feed my baby while wearing it
