First, I really like the products from this company. They are wholesome, no flavor, easy to swallow, affordable, and I see and feel the results.Doing a review on supplement like Quercetin isn't easy because you don't necessarily know if it's working. I don't know how many bad cells it's attacking and I don't really know how well my blood is flowing. What I do know is that I have lots of new energy and the fatigue I was feeling the past few months has decreased to where it's pretty much gone. I also workout a lot and I notice my recovery time is shorter and I feel better.Also, I am happy I'm taking something to help with my immune system especially this is the time when we need it the most. I speak on this truthfully because I appreciate when I see reviews for things like this, so I felt it my responsibility to share.

I’ve been taking this product for a month now. I wanted to try it for awhile before writing a review.My main goal was getting some help with mental focus and general energy. I am 66 years old and find that I have trouble with both.I have to admit that I didn’t really expect to see an improvement when I was offered this product to try. I tend to be pretty skeptical when it comes to supplements.However, since beginning this supplement I find that I am getting so much done. I’ve never really had any physical issues that kept me from working, but I often seemed to lose the mental focus when I wanted to tackle a major product.Since beginning this supplement I have been able to complete a number of projects around the house. In the last month I have been able to redo my guest bedroom and our main bathroom, (replacing floors, painting, wallpapering, etc.) all while working part time and keeping up with other household duties.I have run out of the Quercetin with Bromelain. I am ordering a new bottle because I don’t want to take a chance on losing my mental focus and energy. I have more projects to finish!

Background: I have suffered from asthma lifelong but I work with dogs daily for the past 13 years which triggers my allergies and asthma. It became worse after I hit my 50s and I was hospitalised in East Shore Hospital, Singapore in 2016 and treated with nebuliser. Ventolin, steroids and Zyrtec were my constant companions. However, all these things came with side effects plus the dosage had to be upped. Then I tried TCM which was super expensive but worked really well as long as I was taking the expensive meds. Nearly $750 a month as there is no insurance coverage for TCM from the pocket was an expense I couldn't keep up with.Book: Then I was reading a book by Raymond Francis and came across a mention for Quercetin. Now I hardly have to use my ventolin inhaler and my asthma/allergies are under control though my right nose is still partially blocked which I know by God's grace will be healed soon.So if you suffer from asthma, sinus or allergies give this a try but stick with it.
