Perfect to help those of us with stiff knees and hips to get off the floor. At 80 I’m still doing Pilates, and the hardest part is getting down and then back up for floor exercise. This sturdy little widget gives me a forgiving surface for my knees and sturdy handles to push against to stand up. It’s also helpful for gardening, and reversible into a seat if you need it. Recommended to me by a friend, and I love it!

After a bad experience with another company, we tried again with the Karmas Garden Kneeler. We are impressed with it's usefulness. It is sturdy (enough for people up to 180 pounds, at least.) It is also light enough that I can carry it around without hurting my sore back. Most importantly, it works well in preventing the pain of kneeling on rocks or pebbles. Even kneeling on mulch can result in splinters and we are so happy to have this tool for our gardening.

Quite comfortable and easy to carry around the yard with me while I’m planting bulbs and pulling errant plants. Definitely worth the price! Well made, love the little tool pocket. I have a lot of back problems and issues with my knees so this is a very big help.

This is a great tool for gardening & weeding. At 76, it’s not as easy for me to get up after kneeling, but this kneeler has made it a breeze. Have not used the seat feature yet, but would recommend.It’s sturdy and well made and the tote bag is handy for garden tools too.

This is one of the most clever products made in the 21st Century. I cannot get off of the floor. I am a 70-year-old lady with multiple back injuries. I live alone. I had to find something padded to carry in my auto in order to add air to my tires, etc. You can use it as a seat or a kneeling aide. I can use the side grips to push myself up. I weigh 136. If someone is heavier, then I am not sure if the handles could be an aide. But for me, it is perfect. I have used it many times to kneel at home and get something from under my bed, etc. I ordered one for my auto and home. I gave my 75-year-old friend one and he loves it. Great product and idea.

This was a great purchase for me. I can work in my garden without killing knees and back. I was surprised at how heavy duty it was and the handles make it so easy to get up. My husband even used it when working on the sink and was impressed at how easy he got up. I only gave it 4 stars for folding because it was a bit stiff I but would rather that, than too loose. I believe it will loosen the more I use it. It also came very quickly. Highly recommend.

I also use it when I scrub floors. It comes ready to use and the way it is constructed allows me to use it for support when I kneel or stand. It is light weight which makes it very portable. I use it for support, but I don’t think that is the main function of the legs and I am not sure if it would support someone who is heavy.

NOT good to sit on. You have to bend down quite pretty far. And if urna small person its just not going to work especially if ur older. Also the legs do bend inwards and thats not good.Now if ur kneeling its great. I have bad knees and this gives my knees confort, for a long time. And the grips (legs upside down) does help to stand up.As long as ur kneeling on this, i think you will like it. For sitting its not worth the lower back pain, especially if ur tall. Sitting not recommended.
