NOT fit for service
This was a complete waste of money. Although the camera partly satifies my reason for purchase the application to view the camera does not work with WIndows 10. Best I could do was Windows XP Pack 2The instruction leaflet was NO help what so ever.....Found an alternative app on the internet but that has no lens controlVery disappointed

Good product but short power cable
Decent camera, nice picture but the power cable is so bloody short 2-3ft..What use is a power cable that short with an external camera?

Poor on WiFi, ok on cable
Second one i have tried, but they are hopeless on WiFi, constant signal dropWe have cheaper cameras on the same system that work a treat

gave up trying to make it work
Sadly having to return this.Strangely arrived with no packing. The box it was in was all there was with a sticker with my details on it. Looks good and well built.Very hard to comprehend instructions. Bought it based on high level of reviews yet they didn’t seem to back up my experience.Looked at you tube videos. One was quite good, amateurish yet that not a problem. One a pleasant lady spoke through instructions for phone.The other video unfortunately a waste as just a video of a computer screen and obviously someone who was used to what they were doing and whizzed though the very complicated set up. OK I downloaded video and replayed through VLC so able to slow yet unfortunately couldn’t see screen clearly as camera too far away from it.Managed to connect and get picture. I didn’t get to place I wanted which was motion detecting sending to hard drive to view later. Kept freezing. Motion detector didn’t work. I attempted all this in easy surroundings in my office. Yet didn’t recognise anyone entering office or started when anyone entered. When on could see pic yet would freeze.Tried for over a week and got to stage where used enough of my life on this.

Poor Focus
The image quality is poor the focus is not right. These shots were taken with this product and a £50 IP camera I think you will spot the difference. Waiting for the seller to get back to me.
