Tradition in our family is to send a table top Christmas tree to any active duty military family member spending their first Christmas away from home. Having said that, I purchased this (single palm) for my son who is stationed in a cold climate that is forgoing coming home for the holidays, so that he may join us on an upcoming tropical retreat. What better way to help keep a person motivated than to stay in keeping with a tropical theme? This item was PERFECT for just that and we've since shared several laughs over it. I was able to watch my son put this together via facetime, which took very little time. The branches will have to be "fluffed" to give it a more fuller look, but that's the case with any artificial tree! The lights are well dispersed throughout and the base of the stand is solid to support the height/weight of the tree. With an island vibe decor within my own home, I am considering making a purchase for myself for summer use. Cute little palm tree...definitely makes ya smile.

The tree was prelit, perfect size, easy to put together and the branches are sturdy enough to hold ornaments!

We love everything about this Christmas palm tree but the lights. The lights were tied around 2 or 3 branches at a time. This made for uneven gaps 8n the branches. We took the lights off and rehung them. It was perfect!

I got this for my 88 year old grandmother so she wouldn't have to worry about putting a Christmas tree up and down for the holidays. I gave it to her today (early so she would have it to enjoy). She is beyond thrilled. She was amazed at how easy it was put together and that it has a steady base. We sat and just looked at it for a good 15 minutes or so once I plugged it in where she wanted. Before I left she told me that it was the 'best gift of her life'. I haven't seen her that happy by an object in a long time.

Great tree we will use year round. Great for the Christmas season, but also summer parties. Perfect size too. Not too big.

Palm tree purists may look at this a bit askance since to me it looks more like a cross between a palm tree and an evergreen but it was just what I was looking for. A bit of the tropics on my back porch, sturdy enough to hold all of my Mexican tin ornaments and out of reach of curious family members. Easy to assemble too.

I went into this knowing I would have to mod it. First you have to take off the cheap incandescent lights on the limbs. And be prepared for a lot of work because there are about 100 clips holding them on.I put on 400 microbright green led lights and clipped them to the limbs. I like a lot of lights but this wasn't overkill.The trunk looks kind of cheesy as is but I wrapped 200 bright white led lights around it and it looks pretty good now.Not bad for the money I guess. Easy to put together.

Everyone in my family loved this. It is easy to set up, and I was able to easily break it down and get it in my car to get it home after a family Christmas gathering at the beach. The cord for the lights could be placed better, it hangs free underneath the palm fronds so it is visible when you plug it in, but I just tied it to the pole with some hemp cord and you can't see it.
