Sunita Whole Tahini Creamed Sesame 3 Kg

I was a bit sceptical to order this 3kg, as I was worried the plastic container might not make it. It arrived very safely packed and as expected! The taste is the same you get from the small jars and absolutely the best whole tahini out there!

good value for money. The paste is not too solid. It is perfect for baking and cooking.Just remember that, because these seeds are whole [they have not been hulled] the taste is slightly bitter.If you prefer sweeter taste get the hulled sesame seeds butter.Very happy with the product. Recommended.

I love this product but Ive stopped buying it online here because it comes wrapped in so much bubble wrap, and feels so wasteful! If the supplier would just use a reasonable amount - or better - use scrunched up used paper, i'd buy again.

Free flowing but not runny, like some. Strong earthy flavour, very slight sweetness. Slightly bitter undertones, but this is unhulled. I mostly use in hummus and baking, sometimes on bread and find it very satisfying.

Brilliant buy.If you use a lot of tahini, as I do, buying it in bulk like this really is the way to go. It is as high-quality as the tahini in jars, and works-out to be much cheaper. When I stirred it, there wasn't the irritating solid layer at the bottom which I usually find in jars. Perhaps it had been well-mixed on its journey through the post(!)

This product unfortunately arrived cracked at bottom and some of it had leaked out. Obviously this was a major problem but they asked me whether I would prefer and replacement or a refund and sorted it out for me immediately. So good customer service anyway. The tahini which I’ve had before is excellent and very healthy. Unhulled whole tahini is much better for you because it contains far more micronutrients and it also has more flavour.

Nothing to dislike: it's versatile. I mix it with honey and use in humus

good value better than lots of bottles!
