The material in this book is difficult, but life changing. It guides you through 12 chapters of taking back freedom, or gaining it for the first time. Stefanie is very transparent and open in her stories, which makes it so relatable. There is a great balance of stories, encouragement, challenges and Scripture to make this a journey that should be taken.
