We were replacing a damaged Dish 500 and were somewhat concerned when we were told that we would receive a Bell product. However, it works perfectly with our Dish 500 receiver. Also it was shipped to us in a timely manner. We couldn’t be happier.

Works perfectly
No problem setting up and aligning if you have the correct satellite co-ordinates. Use a real compass rather than a smart phone. A satellite signal reader is also helpful if a second person is not calling out the signal strength on the TV to the person aligning the dish. Also a good idea to run the "check switch" before attempting to align so any history is remove from the LNB.

Excellent service
Dish was easy to order, and arrived three days earlier than anticipated, even tho' it was shipped USPS.Was a little dissapointed in the excess of price for just dish, when I ordered a dish and ground tripod, three years ago, for much less.Hopefully, this one lasts more than three years.
