I bought this product a few years ago now, to stick to my garage wall and protect the door of my car from knocking against the internal wall, which is made of breeze blocks.It was VERY easy to install, just peel back the film on the back and stick the product directly onto the wall. I would recommend brushing away any loose dust and cobwebs first.I bring my car out of the garage and put it back almost daily, and the thick foam has protected the door perfectly.
