Product failed - Product support never responded
Ordered UV water bottle from First Health on 9/18/2024 and received it 9/20/2024. Charged it that night and started using it a few times a day, charging it usually at night. After about 2 1/2 weeks when the device was put on their charger and it gave it's indication that it was charged, pressing the button to sanitize the bottle contents would result in it immediately saying it needed a charge. Putting it back on their charger and waiting for it to indicate it was charged made no difference to getting around this problem. Tried letting it sit for an extended period of time made no difference. Also tried holding the button down on it for 5/10 seconds (in case there was a reset feature) made no difference. Contacted the vendor through their online form submission twice and received no response. So at this time giving this product 1 star.

Self sterilizing water bottle
This sterilizing water bottle is great. It has a large capacity, wide opening, and keeps cold liquids cold very well. The sterilization process is easy and the notification is nice. The outside is nonslip. I would buy this product again.

Life expectancy is very short with good care
I brought this up water bottle back in Oct. 2024. June 2025 it just stopped charging and the light of the top just blinks off and.on when I tried to charge it multiple times. It was good and reliable in the beginning. I'm very disappointed because I took very good care of and had a.lot of pride.in it until it stopped working and am now at a loss. I wish that I knew how to get a replacement cap/top. I'm having issues loading my pictures from my tablet, but this is my honest story and truth.
