Recommend!
The pointer was on zero at rest and works very well. I used it to torque lithium battery nuts down and fount it easy to use and would recommend this item.

Good accuracy, good value.
It works as well as any beam wrench, and has a good spread on the scale 0-80 measures 1.5 inches which is a good flex width considering the overall length of the wrench. Accuracy seems good, it is close to my CDI T-handle clicking torque driver, tested against each other. (They have the same torque range, I bought this for places I don't have 6 inches of clearance for a screwdriver-like T-handle.)The Presa 3/8" version almost seemed like a counterfeit and crammed the whole scale(0-1000) into just one inch despite being 30% longer.(meaning the 3/8 should have a +-1.9 inch flex)

Good, but not exactly as shown
I used this torque wrench when changing the stem and handlebar on my bicycle. I found it worked quite well with the low torque specifications, which ranged from 2.5Nm to 7Nm. The product box says the accuracy is +/-7%, so if you are working with something really delicate, err on the low side to start. I had no problems -- no stripped heads, snapped bolts or broken parts.Deflection beam torque wrenches are great tools for working with steel and aluminum bicycles, as you don't need to keep resetting the wrench for each bolt. For carbon fibre bicycles and parts, you may want the greater accuracy and safety of a high-quality, click-type torque wrench that stops you from turning any further once the set torque is reached. Unlike a click-type torque wrench, you can see when a deflection beam torque wrench is not properly calibrated because the needle will not be at zero. You can re-calibrate it yourself by very gently bending the deflection beam to zero the needle.I gave this wrench four stars because the one I received has a much blockier indicator than the fine one shown in the pictures. This covers up the Newton-meter markings and clearly favours inch-pounds. The markings for either Nm or inch-lbs are clear and easy to read. If the wrench had the fine indicator shown I would give it five stars without hesitation.
