Not the "wonder tape" you're looking for.This is a thick, padded double sided tape, you wouldn't be able to sew through it without gumming up the needle, does not wash away and I'm struggling to see it's utility in a sewing context.Probably has uses in other crafts but misleading advertising.

I don’t think this is for sewing. It’s so raised and foamy, (think decoupage) it would be impossible to sew through accurately even if you could get your seam flat on top of it. You would end up gumming up your machine at the least. It is most definitely not as described and quite unlike any stay tape I have used before. Plus 9m? I think not, it’s so thick I doubt there is more than a couple of metres at the very most if that. There is Also nothing at all on the packaging to confirm use, instructions or anything.... so quite honestly it could be for sealing windows?? I would not risk putting it anywhere near my sewing machine or fabric

This is not what I expected. I expected a double sided tape. This is more foam like, like the foam pads you would use in cardcrafting and far too sticky, most of it stuck to myself rather than to fabric. There is no way that fabric could be sewn after using this to stick edges with. It would ruin your sewing machine. I would use this in my card craft but certainly not for sewing.

Why do I have to give 1 star to write a review? This product does not deserve 1 star! I am going to send it back to AMAZON AS IT IS RUBBISH. It is not fit for purpose and I feel the description and photos on Amazon should be taken down as down right misleading. This is just double side foam tape that can only be useful for card making! Luckily I bought Prym Wonder Tape at the same time and the Prym product works brilliantly for sewing jersey hems.

A little thicker than I thought, it's like a sticky foam and I thought it would be more like a web. Can't sew through it, but it will come in handy for a no sew project.

Useless product ! Too thick ! Too sticky ! Attaches to fingers ! Breaks when handling ! Don’t waste your money !

this tape is good quality only if you use it on edges of fabric if you try and use it within a design the machine will not stitch through

I used it for curtain lining to fix it in place. After it ruined my sewing machine I thought it must be used instead of sewing. As the lining has fallen off I’ll have to remove the curtains and re-attach the lining having painstakingly picked off the sticky stuff. Not as advertised
