I needed to have more amino acid in my diet. I've used Swanson vitamins for many years and wanted to give this a try. Not sure if enough was being absorbed for me to notice a difference. I did better with the powder form of amino acids. However, I also did not use this long-term, only a few months. Swanson is a good company, so if you're looking for amino acids in your diet, you may want to give this a try. Powders worked better for me.
