Pralus Le 100%, Dark Chocolate bar

Being ketogenic i am limited to what i can eat when in ketosis.100% choc has 0 sugar low calories and a very good source of fat but most think it is horrible because of the bitter unsweet taste of strong dark chocolate, let me confirm this is no different in fact it is one of the strongest i have tasted.You must adapt to dark chocolate first and would recommed a 90-99% bar to develop your palate, you can jump straight into this bar but be warned its deep flavour and thorough taste can be very bitter although i found this bar to not be as bitter as most.A dark rich taste that keeps its cocoa flavour and very easy to consume compared to many stronger bitter varities.Presented very well and formed into small chunks for consumption you get more for your money than its organic counterpart. Highly recommend.

Bitter chocolate but very smooth as it meals in your mouth. I've tried Grenada and although I like it, it wasn't smooth at all, so I stopped buying it, especially that it was also addicted and I got sick from eating too much. Now, I bought this one just for cravings and because it's very bitter I know that I will not eat more then 1-2 small squares. Anyway one must be very thrifty because it's quite expensive.New review: I've just discovered that the chocolate contains soya lecithin which I am allergic to, and maybe that explains why it's smooth. Anyway, I was thinking that I was eating something healthy and also good for me, but because I am allergic to soya and I am also trying to stay away from additives as much as possible, I must say that I am disappointed, therefore it get's down to 3 stars. I melted the chocolate and had a very heavy, greasy taste (I just got a little).So, either I will buy again Grenada for choco cravings, although it may be contain traces of sugar and soya, or just stay with my daily 5 g raw cacao home made pasta with a tinny, baby tsp of flax oil.

Pleasant bitter chocolate, 100% if you can take it! Tastes a superior quality and smoother than many others on the market - hence the price - but very enjoyable in tiny quantities.

The chocolate has an amazing texture, superb taste. I love the delightful way it melts in the mouth leaving a slightly bitter aftertaste, I have to eat it very slowly to enjoy every single bite... Very pleased with the high quality of the chocolate, I will keep buying it as it became my very favourite treat. This 100% cocoa chocolate is absolutely 100% ace!

This has a really STRONG taste, if you're used to milk chocolate then this will be a huge difference. I only ate a little bit of it at a time and I Had to have something else to eat after it, the taste is that strong but definitely worth giving it a shot. It's a little pricey but if you only eat a little bit each day then it will last you a while

100% CHOCOLATE THAT TASTES- TO ME - MUCH SMOOTHER THAN MOST OF THE OTHER 100% CHOCOLATES ON THE MARKET. HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT

Excellent quality product but aren't the price rises - from £5.34 in 2014 to £11.85 today - a little excessive? I agree, if you're not used to it, a couple of squares a day may be enough but, if you do get used to it and enjoy it, you could easily get through more.
