It is brilliant!
This is just great. I use it while I work and mainly I was aiming at the possibility to access google assistant. The sound is good and the button works perfectly with my sony experia to accept calls, pause and play music and holding it I can invoke google assistant. Nobody has so far complained on the quality of my speech. There is also a volume slide which comes quite handy. As a plus I look like a secret agent or a kind of replicant while I work as a gardener ... which is definitely a plus for me!

Good but not staying in my ear
Ordered mono earpiece. Sound quality okay, volume a bit low from my smartphone. I find that I have to push the earpiece into my ear more and I can hear it okay, but it does not stay in my ear so well, keeps falling out.

I would pay more for a better version of product with regards to sound quality and personal comfort.
The sound quality isn't as crisp as my wired headset and the 2 sized earbuds are uncomfortable either too big or too small which is probably affecting my sound quality especially if there's background noise when having a phone conversation which is what I use them for. Would not recommend them for listening to music. However, given the price of this item they are cost effective and I feel more comfortable using them than a wired headset. Yet, if I had the chance again I would pay more for a better version of product with regards to sound quality and personal comfort.

Sound quality is fine, the product's intended selling point is that there are no electronic/magnetic parts near your ear but the unusual and iconic design means that in the real world people will glance at you differently, wondering if you are a bodyguard or FBI. Obviously the photo shows that this is a mono model, designed to keep you aware of your environment with one ear open, but I think it is wired so that you don't hear only the left half of the music. Compared to the usual technology, it is almost impossible for anyone to hear sound leaking from this type of headset. I have not tested the microphone but enjoy it as a safety feature - as anyone nefarious seeing you mumble with this on will be very nervous about who you're talking to!
