I did a lot of research before deciding to purchase this cushion. It has literally changed my life, I spend up to six hours a day on my computer, to which the end result is a numb bum and periods of getting up and massaging myself back to feelings. I have previously piled pillows, sofa cushions and blankets on my desk chair to simulate some sort of comfort and boost, all have failed. I was sceptical about buying something I couldn't replicate at home, but this was worth every penny, with its memory foam inner and smooth comfortable surface, I now wonder how I ever lived without it, when you first sit on it in the morning or whenever you start on your computer it will feel rigid and will make you think this does nothing, but after five or so minutes it softens and reforms itself around your shape. No more numbness or cramps, my sciatica has all but gone using this and i don't have nearly any lower back pain at all. In conclusion I'd say it was a perfect buy, sure there are cheaper versions out there, but none that give this kind of comfort.

Too early to form an accurate analysis as it has been used for only a couple of weeks. My husband has multiple skeletal issues & the cushion has helped somewhat.

Had this for my office chair as I have been having pain in my bum and tops of legs. This cushion is so much better to sit on. It does not go flat when you sit on it and it feels really supportive. It’s really comfortable too. My pain is not cured, but then I’ve only had it for 3 days, but already I am feeling less pain.So glad I bought this.

Bought this as I was having a terrible time with numb ass and a broken coccyx. (coccyx suitability for this item will surely be different for each person but in my case it removes any pain that I previously had when sitting/leaning at side angles.)My first impression was that it was a bit too firm but after a short while you're used to it and now I can't sit at my desk without it.Very strong and always restores to original shape, makes long sitting sessions not an issue.Also a good choice if you need a little boost up on a chair.

My Frenchie puppy who is a thief and extremely strong took a shine to this cushion and rushed it into the garden to play with, he is so quick!I had only opened the box five minutes previous, now it has a split cover which I will have to repair. He managed to spoil a really nice item, but still usable.

Much better quality than other cushions claiming to give support and comfort. As s seat cushion it could have done with being longer, so it covers more of the seat, but not bad, and has definitely helped alleviate pain from coxyx.

This is too small for a computer chair.

Took a few weeks to break in (it was very uncomfortable for me for those few weeks) but now it's so comfortable!! My sciatica is all but gone!
