Gifts for the unconverted
I bought this box as a gift for someone who thinks that Thornton's is the creme de la creme of choccies. One bite from this box will convert them into expensive chocaholics. Once you eat a Prestat chocolate, you never want to touch all those cheap, over the counter brands again. The box, the presentation are elegant and he taste is sublime. I defy you not to get hooked. on quality.

Just the nicest chocolates
Prestat chocolates are just wonderful. Taste incredible and look superb. I love the box and the sense of ceremony and the story you read in the insert. The rose and violet cremes sound awful but are utterly delicious!

Disappointing melted mess
Ordered for a birthday present but on arrival they were ruined. Amazon refunded me no problem. The worst part was I contacted Prestat direct and they weren't the least bit interested. No more of my cash going their way.

Very special chocolates
First off, I love the presentation box and the interesting selection of flavours. Very stylish and luxurious. I think that the fillings of the chocolates and truffles themselves are delicious, some of the best I've ever tried. I especially liked the fudge and the bannoffee flavours. However I didn't think that the chocolate itself was anything particularly special which was a bit disappointing, especially considering the price.

shame about the unsealed box but very happy with the discount!
These chocolates are gorgeous and why would they not be at the price they usually are?, fortunately these were on offer!I had a problem with the packing as my chocolates weren't sealed and had consequently fallen out all over the packing box! That made me a bit upset to say the least, especially as the offer was no longer in place for a replacement. But my Mum and Dad used to say 'worse things happen at sea', as that's very true they do and many other places too!, I just picked them all up and reboxed them. They were only for home - family and friends, so no big deal; they were all present and correct and undamaged, so all in all we enjoyed some very expensive chocolates at a fraction of the price which can't be too bad.

Doesn't live up to the hype
Decided to give Prestat a go, saw them popping up in several retailers like John Lewis and Selfridges, and the royal seal suckered me in. If the queen likes it it must be good?Well, I think Liz should check out Hotel Chocolat. I wasn't very impressed with this product, whilst some of the flavours were innovative and quirky, the chocolate simply wasn't as dense or tasty as other brands. The packaging is very nice though, and would make a lovely gift for the experimental.

Lovely treat!
I love these chocolates but daren't buy them any more as I end up eating them all in one sitting! I think the quality is excellent - the chocolate coating is really thick and the flavours are delicious. They are quite expensive though so I only tend to buy them when they are on offer.
