I'm very happy with the build and picture quality of my new camera. The camera design looks great and the operation is simple and reasonably quiet. The video and photo quality of the imagery is clear and sharp. You can even control the direction of the camera from your mobile phone.Set up was straightforward. Plug the power supply into the camera. Download the free app for your mobile phone. Enter your WiFi password in the app settings, then enter the camera ID. That's it.I particularly like the fact that I can save video and photos directly to an SD card in the camera (not supplied) or to the storage on my mobile phone through the free app. The night vision mode works really well too picking up so much detail, even in complete darkness.Included in the box is: camera, power supply, mounting bracket, screws and wall plugs, instruction leaflet, and a mini CD-ROM containing PC software.Overall, I'm completely satisfied with my purchase. At this price there is a lot of tech for the money. I was up and running within just five minutes from opening the box. Very easy to use.

One of my Foscam cameras expired, so on a whim and a Lightning Deal I picked up this IP camera. So far, I'm very impressed.Initial set up was done using the recommended iOS "P2PIPC" app, which I deleted once I'd got the camera on my network and was able to fully configure via the browser interface.In case anyone is using this with a Mac, iOS device or Amazon Fire TV and their favoured camera / security apps, I've found the following camera profiles work well:o Mac Desktop: "Wansview NCH532MW" profile.o iPad / iPhone "Wansview H/M Series H264" profile.o Amazon Fire TV (3rd gen) using tinyCam Monitor PRO "Wansview NCH-530W" profile.-----------------------------Edit: 15th JanuaryAs the title of this review suggests, I did indeed buy another. In fact I've bought five in total. And as a result, my overall rating has dropped from 5 stars to 3.Of the five cameras:o one was returned to Amazon because it was making a horrendous crackling sound (like it was going to burst into flames sort of sound).o one should have been returned, because it makes a constant, very loud ticking sound. I didn't return it because it's in a location where the sound doesn't bother me.o one probably should have been return, because it makes a slight buzzing sound, but it's quite low, so I decided to stick with it.So that's five cameras, three of which have issues. They are cheap and offer a great picture both day and night, the software does all I ask of it, but they are cheap for a reason....

This camera is perfect for home and business. Purchased for home security and to keep an eye on our pets, we can access it via wifi/3g from anywhere in the world! The camera has 360 degree swivel capacity and the ability to move up and down.Set up was straight forward, plug in power and Ethernet cable (you’ll need to be near the router), download the app and then once you’re seeing the live picture (via the app) you can then switch to the Wi-Fi setting. The box contains everything you need to get set up although I did have to use an extension lead as the power lead is shorter than expected!The camera itself is gloss white (see pics) and has a modern, expensive feel (but without the price tag). It is solid in its build and seems robust. It can be mounted on the ceiling/wall (bracket provided) or positioned on its base.All movements are made via the app which is available on both Ios and Android. I already own an outdoor camera by this brand which means I can view upto 4 cameras on the one screen/app! Very handy for overall monitoring of my home.In the app, you can view live images of the cameras, record to your phone, take pictures and even talk and listen via the built in speaker (Great if you need to tell the dog to stop chewing your shoes)! There are lots of features available on the app including setting up motion detection and recording schedules.The camera automatically adjusts for night mode and the crystal clear image is completely unaffected.Overall, this is a great purchase for anyone looking for a home/office camera. It is easy to set up, gives clear pictures, can be accessed anywhere with internet and all settings can be personalised to meet your specific requirements. 10/10

I received the package of both the indoor and outdoor cameras on Friday and although I have not yet installed the outside camera have had chance to set up and use the indoor version.My positive point about this camera is the ease in which you can set it up. It's that easy that I would feel more than comfortable buying one for my parents knowing they could set it up in minutes. All you have to do is plug the camera into the mains with the lead provided and download the app from the app store to your phone. Once downloaded you then add new camera, input your wifi password and then add the password to the camera you want to content which you can find on the bottom of the unit. In all it took me around 5 minutes.I decided to place my camera on the windowsill in an upstairs bedroom. As the camera has a 360 degree turning mechanism as well a the ability to look up and down I can use this to see into my garden and also back into the bedroom where my cat sleeps making sure he keeps out of trouble. The app allows you to not only control the camera with your phone it also picks up sound and you can speak through the camera which my cat does not find amusing when he is trying to sleep but has provided me with lots of fun all weekend when I have not been in. :)Bear in mind you do need a good wifi or 4G connection on your phone or the image can freeze but this has nothing to do with the product.There really are not many negatives I can think of about this product apart from the power cable is quite short but nothing an extension lead wont fix and the sound quality isn't perfect but not bad either.On the whole a great product well worth the money
