I have searched for a very long time to find an excellent cervical pillow that actually works well for a side sleeper. Most cervical pillows are usually decent if you sleep on your back, but if you sleep on your side it can be almost impossible to find a good one. In my experience ~90% fail to work for side sleeping! I have tried dozens of pillows over the years. Although they say they are designed for back and side sleeping, it is usually not the case. These specially designed pillows usually seem ok for the 1st couple of days then they ultimately fail and make my condition worse! ...NOT this pillow! I am so happy I found it!!!!THIS PILLOW IS WORTH EVERY PENNY!It is both supportive and soft at the same time, sleeps cool, and feels luxurious against my skin. It doesn't hit my face with a hard molded foam (like many do) which causes needless skin wrinkles while side sleeping.My sleep has tremendously improved and I no longer get neck strain. I wake up feeling like I had a great nights sleep! I have not experienced this high quality sleep in decades. I attribute it most of the improvement to this pillow. I have also paired it with a new mattress, but have had the new mattress for months and it alone wasn't helping my neck issues as I hoped, despite it too is designed for side sleeping. Only when I added this pillow, I got appreciable relief of discomfort while sleeping, improved quality of sleep and decreased neck discomfort while awake.This pillow was the final piece to my sleep problem puzzle. My energy has increased because I'm actually getting good REM sleep and not constantly tossing and turning to find a good position for my neck while side sleeping.This pillow really IS AN EXCELLENT PRODUCT AND HAS BEEN LIFE CHANGING for me. I encourage you to try it if you have cervical/neck problems, and especially if you are a side sleeper! I VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! I am thinking about buying a 2nd as a spare because I never want to be without it!

I’m a back and side sleeper and have been searching awhile (I’m in my early 30s) for the perfect pillow that will support my neck and head by helping to stay in alignment with my spine. For awhile, I was using the original p*rple pillow, then I added a small bolster that I would use under my neck, this worked pretty well but the bolster was a little bit too big in diameter and would slide away from the main pillow. Then, most recently, I was just using a regular down pillow (I think from Costco) and I would stand it up on its long edge and then karate chop it down, letting my head rest in the middle. This resulted in decent neck support and a cradle around my head that was nice, however, the pillow would need to be adjusted many times through the night and would get too flat. I decided to search for something with a similar shape to what I had been trying to imitate (support for neck, cradle for head, not too thick) and came across this pillow and had to try it out! I’ve been using it for almost a month and I am loving it! First off, the pillow case it comes with is such a thoughtful design, but the material is also awesome - kind of spandexy/silky feeling. Nice and cool. The shape of the pillow was exactly what I wanted. I use the shallower end and have been waking up pain free lately 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼. The filling is the perfect memory foam that isn’t too hard and isn’t too light. It’s like a cloud. I would definitely recommend this pillow to anyone who is a back or side sleeper looking for better neck support! 👍🏼

The C Cushion Lab Deep Sleep Pillow is clearly a high-quality product. The materials feel premium, the design is thoughtful, and it comes nicely packaged. I can see how it would work great for a lot of people.Unfortunately, it just didn’t feel right for me. The shape and firmness weren’t as comfortable as I’d hoped, and I found myself adjusting a lot during the night. That said, it’s more about personal preference than the pillow itself.If you like a more structured or ergonomic pillow, this might be perfect for you. It just wasn’t the best match for my sleep style.
