The media could not be loaded.  So just buy the 1/2" sharkbite connector shown, tape up, screw into the red and blue hoses, and then push the PEX in Blue to blue/red to red. That is it.Before is the leaky Charlotte pipe mess that destroyed that dry wall. After is the clean wall(now covered in flex seal🤣)with just pex going out the old shower head hole into the unit. Thing has amazing preasure, the lights, timer, temp all work, and no leaks anywhere. Plus now if anything does leak it'll be into the tub and not behind my wall causing me 2 weeks of mold abatement.

I love our new shower « column »! We had a problem during the installation and we damages the waterfall section (wrong cutmeasurement) and the company agreed to send us a replacement waterfall head free of charge!! It was a great price, looks good and awesome customer service! Thanks again!!

Packaging was very well done. Nicely packed, well protected, cloth bag around main unit to keep any scratches off from rubbing or other during shipping. As others have mentioned the tubing connecting some of the nozzles is too thin and seems to kink, appears it would kink even more once warmed up and running.... So I chose to replace a few $1.49 a foot, needed a couple of feet is all....I can say with those improvements, and they may not have been needed mind you...but wanted to do it, it was easy, before installed....the unit works great! The mention of LOW water pressure, may have been a kink in their system....I would say there is NO WATER SAVER whatsoever in this unit...as I now have much less hot water than my previous setup :( But I love the amount of water pouring in over my head, or even on my body with the side jets...and the hand/wand is basically a power washer in one of the modes! Nearly too much if you ask me.So if you find your unit has kinks in the hoses, or "could" after warm/hot water is passing through, take the time to run by your local hardware store, grab a few feet of 3/8" tubing and replace as needed. Shame this may have to be done (and I honestly don't know, it was more peace of mind for me) but the unit is well worth the money even with the added 1 hour labor (including trip to hardware store) and $4 in parts.Installation was a breeze. I needed to cut away my old valve unit, mine had a left and right tube, along with the shower head going up, the bottom was plugged. So after removing the valve, I cleaned up the copper pipe and snapped some shark bite fittings with MALE 1/2" threads on them. This allows the included metal braided hoses to screw right into your home water system. Hanging the unit was two brackets that each have two screws. The units SLIDES down onto these brackets. If I ever have any issues it will be very easy to lift unit off wall and check replace items in the future.Overall I'm very pleased thus far.

This looks and feels like a super high end shower. You can adjust the top rain shower head up higher for taller people. The hand held is great. The front sprayers are great too. The unit itself is metal but the handles, hand held sprayer and front sprayers look good but are plastic. If you are not careful or if you are rough I could see them breaking. They have not broken for us. If you want everything stainless steel you will pay thousands of dollars. This is fantastic for the price and worth every penny.

Installing is great. I had problem with leaking hose. Retunerld and they send me a new one the next day.

Using for my outdoor shower at my vacation home at the beach. The handheld is perfect for rinsing off sand from your feet and the right shower heads for the body make you feel like you are at a spa.

Our previous system left us barely using the different shower modes due to impracticality, but this one is a game changer. We find ourselves utilizing every mode - the waterfall setting is perfect for a soothing back massage, the shorter waterfall is ideal for a quick foot wash, and the double horizontal shower head is fantastic for those times when you want to shower without getting your hair wet. After a long day, all I need to unwind is my shower. The pressure from the shower head is impressive, and the digital display for temperature control is a fantastic feature. The value for money is undeniable, and the system looks stunning as well.

This nicely looking, short, 46.8 inch system is virtually non-connectable in the way the manufacturer advertise it. Here is why:All action of advertised connections happens in the-so-called "compartment C". This compartment is to small and too crowded to get thing connected without ordeal. There is no single photo or video how provided 12" non-kinked connectors are connected to wall connectors and how they fit in this small in height "Compartment C".This compartment has one bypass between two jets, must fit bracket between two water lines and must have space for 180 deg turn of stiff non-kinked line. One user in these thread said that provided 12" hoses are useless. It is true. But company wo sell it also knows it.If I am wrong- OK, but manufacturer then must show how to connect in compartment C; two stiff hoses got connection are preshaped into Compartment C..To make it work, one has to inject two long flex lines somewhere through long middle compartment. Basically you buy the panel for 200$ and then pay $700 for installation or spent several days installing it yourself. Main obstacle- short&small lowest section (aka Compartment C) and unadequate 1/2 f-f hoses provided.

Very easy to use ……simple but elegant

Bought this almost a year ago, my contractor had no problems installing. Excellent pressure and love the options as to where we can direct the water. Would buy again highly recommend it.

Well packaged, looks great, very light & easy to install. Looks as good as more expensive ones, same material and same finish. The water spray is wonderful. Like in other comments, massage sprays not very hard but my other shower was the same. Only thing I would improve is the lenght of connections to hot & cold water. This column was a replacement so already existing holes in ceramic & wall and did not want to make other ones. Connections included were too short so we used the older ones. And both shower heads are plastic. We'll see how it ages but a great buy for the price. Other columns on Amazon were more popular but did not trust the mix of lights and/or digital temperature display with humidity and water in the long run.

I’m not a big fan of it being a pressure mount. It seems to wiggle a little bit. My 8 year old has a hard time getting the led switch so he jumps to hit it and the thing wiggles around. Maybe it’s because we installed over an existing shower unit that we replaced. I don’t know. But I love everything else about it.
