Garbage ipad audio boosters...they do not stay on the ipad....get the sharktank featured ones instead.
This is the biggest piece of garbage I ever purchased on amazon thru a third party seller. This item does not click on and or hold onto the sides of any ipad. It basically just falls right off. It is a cheaply made plastic. Look for the ones that were featured on sharktank..they have magnets and they stay connected on the sides of the ipad's....they are more expensive..two will set you back about 20 dollars but they do what they are suppose to do...stay on the ipad.....seriously, DO NOT BUY THESE>>>> you will be extremely disappointed.....

Definitely redirects e sound
I tried another brand which was smaller but it doesn't do the same job as this one. The sound is cupped and pushed forward and it really works. E other brand I tried is smaller and more square and doesn't capture and round put the sound back to you. This one is MUCH better. Nothing compares to simply using an external speaker but if you want ease and just enough increase in sound this is excellent for one person listening. Or maybe 2!

If you use an iPad case, don't even bother!!!
If you have a case on your iPad (and really if you own an iPad, you definitely use a case!) this amplifier will, more often than not, go flying off your iPad! Occasionally the product will stay on for an extended period of time (5 minutes!) but truly I wanted an amplifier that didn't need hand holding. My main goal was to get away from cupping my hand around the top corner of the iPad and this device was a complete bust. I use the NewTrent Airbender iPad case and I don't even boterh using the amplifier anymore. If you find one that works with a case, please let me know!

Breaks Easily
I loved this amplifier in the short time that I had it. It did what it's meant to do, but the plastic on the small "legs" that go over the front of your iPad snap off very easily. I would suggest future buyers be extra careful with it and remove it when not using it for sound amplification.

it does work
a little flimsy, I can jam it on my iPad with the case still attached, but it still gets louder when I cup my hand behind it. So it works, but could be better, then again, it was very inexpensive... so my 4 stars stand.

The concept is great however it doesn't stay on well. It would be great if it had magnets!

This works as designed and is a lot better than cupping my hand to hear my iPad. It even fits well with my iPad cover in place!
