I'm very happy about this purchase! My goal was to start eating more vegetables/salads, and I needed a way to expedite the process and make it as easy as possible. I like that I can just throw all the ingredients I need inside the bowl and chop them in a matter of seconds. Works great, and I have used it almost every day for about a month. The only thing I'm wondering is how to sharpen it when it gets dull.It has a great grip, easy to use and to clean. I would just be super careful with the blades, because they are pretty sharp.Great product to simplify your everyday routine.

We had one rocker knife and decided we needed another. Works great. Easier to use than a pizza cutter. Great for people with small motor control issues.

The first photos show the box as it arrived at my home. As you can see it has been opened prior to shipping.The next two photos show the lack of proper sharpening of one of the salad chopper blades. It is quite coarse to the touch. In addition there is a divot in the edge of the blade.The last photo shows the cutting edge of the second blade which is quite smooth (and sharp) from having been properly sharpened.I am at a loss as to whether or not this item left the manufacturing plant in this state or whether this was damaged en route, or alternately is a returned item.Whatever the case, it should never have been shipped as is.I will be requesting a replacement.

We love this! Made the easiest chopped Italian salad, which turned out delicious!

I bought this in 2018. 7 years later in 2025, it still works and looks brand new. It chops salads well and even works to make guacamole if you don’t have the right tool for that.

You don't have to worry about chopping off a finger like with a knife. The ease of this item to use is incredible: quick, precise, and safe. The chopping is finished in no time. It is a durable, useful tool in food preparation.

This knife isn't as sharp as other rocker knives I've had. It will cut easy things but isn't quite sharp enough to easily cut through a chicken breast. It's not terrible, but I wouldn't recommend it.
