These were too small for a man who wears a size 12 (US) shoe. I have given them to a friend.

I used these socks for skiing. First off - the fabric on this particular style is great. They fit me perfectly. (Size large and I'm a woman with small legs, but size 8 1/2 foot). The socks went above the boot line for my ski boots, the battery pack stayed in the pocket just fine while skiing. I wish the heating element was on the bottom of the sock instead of the top - but it was still able to keep my feet comfortable.I skied a full day where the outside temp was 10 degrees F with a wind chill to make it feel like -2 degrees F...which is a pretty cold day of skiing. I kept the socks on medium heat because I wanted to make sure they lasted all day....I would have liked them on high heat - but on medium, the battery lasted from 9-3pm (I skied from 9-4). However, the last day, I brought the charger and charged them at lunch - and then they lasted all day. I would have liked to have had them on high the whole time...but I'm pretty sure they'd only go 2 hours on high before needing a charge.All in all - I'm happy I have them and will definitely use them.

I found these on a facebook ad, which left me a little skeptical to start. I had never purchased from an ad before and I was very worried that the product would not be as advertised if they needed to pay to get others to buy it.Boy was I wrong. These things heat up super fast. Their soft, but insulating, material keeps the warmth in super well. I tried them last night, one of the coldest ones of the year, and was also impressed at the effect it had under the blankets. The lasting warmth crept up and was snuggled against myself and my partner all night. Just from the socks. We both woke up from a deeper, and better sleep than we have been having recently.I cannot recommend these enough. the batteries are discrete, the socks are comfortable, and the warmth is soothing and fast action. 10/10, highly recommend.

These fail on every level. I charged the batteries, turned them to the highest setting, and they barely work. The left sock only got a little warm by the toes and the right one didn't seem to get very warm at all. They don't warm all the way through the foot like advertised.

These socks are well made and the bonus is that the battery is rechargeable! The only thing I was disappointed about...still getting 4 stars...is that the look like they will go up to the knee in the picture but really only go half way up the calf. This causes discomfort because the battery is in your boot rather than outside of it.

Husband works outside year round and in the recent snow storms he was out in 10° weather for 10+ hours a day. He said they worked great and even with them on low the socks are such good quality and thickness that his toes stayed warm even in steal toe boots. Would def buy again.

Absolutely love these things. I've used them many times for hunting in NY in the snow and for walking around in SC for the winter. Battery life on low is about 5 hours and 2 hours on high. Great value for the money. One star off because the batteries are about the size of a roll of pennies and they're stuffed into the sock just above your ankles. Becomes a little uncomfortable, and if you have tight fitting boots they will not fit.
