Equipment appears to be well made and works perfectly right out of the box.The efficacy, as advertised, cannot be determined as that is a much longer process.

Feels good
As far as pain relief. It does seem to help but I haven't really been able to determine if it is just a placebo effect. I use this with another back stretcher device which hurts to use but laying on this afterward is like the prize. Again, might just be a placebo effect since it doesn't really provide any real stretching just vibration and heat

Heating function does not work
I was really excited to get this product as my aunt has been experiencing back pain for a while and I thought this would be a great gift for her. We tried the device immediately upon delivery and were a bit disappointed. The one function that my aunt really wants is the heating capability. Although there are 3 different heat settings, the settings really do not do anything. Even at the highest setting we could barely feel the heat coming through. We tried using the device with a layer of cloth and against the bare skin and with the bare skin we can feel a bit of heat coming through, but definitely not enough to loosen up the muscles. With cloth on, we can't even feel any heat coming through and that's at the highest setting. I'm not sure if the unit we got is defective or not, but I really wish that this produces a lot more heat. The other functions works well and we will have to see in the long run whether this device helps with my aunt's back pain.
