It’s very comfortable and the size is perfect unfortunately it lasts only 2 hours and I had charged it all day. I wanted to listen to sleep meditation but it didn’t last…the next day it wouldn’t work - please don’t buy

The small speakers don't dig into your ears as typical earbuds do, and the headband is wonderfully comfy. It resembles donning a warm headband. Only these have an added benefit! They connected wirelessly through Bluetooth, and I quickly paired them with my phone. The speakers are properly positioned above my ears and are playing calming clear sounds. I've tried a variety of white noise applications and sleep soundtracks, and they've all been improved by these headphones. I feel like I'm in my own little sanctuary of tranquility, whether it's the peaceful sound of falling rain or soft ocean waves. My skin is not irritated by the headband's soft material, and the speakers don't obstruct my favorite sleeping posture. I like to sleep on my side, so I often find conventional earphones unpleasant. However, these sleep earphones remained in place and helped me fall asleep peacefully. These headphones have become a part of my everyday routine, in addition to helping me sleep. They've proven to be adaptable companions, whether I'm practicing yoga, going to the gym, or setting off on a lengthy adventure. I have used them for numerous nights and workouts without having to recharge because of the outstanding battery life.

Really happy with my purchase. Fits comfortably and I can rest on my side with these on and feel almost nothing. Sound quality and battery life are good for this price level. Noise cancellation isn't a feature I care about for this product, so I haven't really paid attention to whether it's working -- moreover, there is hardly any "noise" to cancel at night. Headband is adjustable, which makes this product a bit better than some of the others here

Ich nutze das Band erhlich gesagt nur selten, da ich üblicher Weise zum EInschlafen nichts anhöre, aber wenn doch mal, bin ich jedes mal aufs neue überascht vom Komfort, der guten Akku-Laufzeit und der brauchbaren Ton-Qualität

Really nice headphones to wear in bed . I have them when we are on vacation , or someone is snoring in the room , to have a more comfortable sleep . The only downside is that is not possible to remove the electronic parts , in order to wash them . Other than that is really good idea and comfortable as they are not going inside the ear.
