Screen died in less than a week. Cheap plastic feel.
Wanted an MP3 player for the kid to take on a trip. The user interface is horrible (cases where you have to click up/down to go left/right or click left/right to go up/down), and the screen died in less than a week. The plastic case felt like a cheap 3d print rather than molded construction. The "instruction manual" was next to useless. Transfers felt like they were USB1.0 speeds. Ended up returning it because it was junk.

You get what you pay for
This thing plays, has good sound, and has good battery life, but the operating system is bare bones simple and doesn't allow for any programming, organizing files on the unit, or things as simple as searching and shuffling. You copy a file from your computer to this unit using Windows Explorer Drag and Drop and that is what you get. So you will have to organize and arrange before you copy to this MP3 player. It's onlt $20, so you aren't going to beat the price. Just understand that it is the bare minimum.

Quit working the day it arrived
The interface is tiny and clunky. The screen has two "Display" modes (for the list of songs , or whatever) -- if I recall correctly, either neon green or neon purple letters on a white background -- with both of them being equally difficult to read. Would have been much more legible with black letter on a white background. MP3s played fine, but with a few exceptions, I got a "file formatting error" for most wma files (the wma files play ok on my computer so they're not corrupted). For the low price, I could have lived with all those flaws....but the display stopped working the day I got it. I put it on play and went to sleep and when I woke up, the screen was black (yes, the battery was fully charged, and no, I did not do anything to damage the screen)....which made the player useless...and it stayed black regardless of anything I did to try remedying it. My advice is to pay more money for something with a better chance of still working within 24 hours of being delivered.

I’d give it a zero if I could
After spending four hours trying to download and transfer music, the songs won’t play on the device. It sounds like complete static and problems. The songs won’t play, even though when it’s plugged into the computer the songs are there and play fine on the computer. I bought it as a gift for my dad to take on vacation and now that won’t happen. Super frustrating.

If your looking for high fidelity forget it.
Very low priced player, the computer interface is very basic and does not match the options on the screen. Sounds kind of "tinney". I use it everyday but will not re-purchase.
