Does not work well in Vinyl Liner pool.
The media could not be loaded. I followed all of the instructions for this unit, put it in my pool and it will not go up the 45º portions of my deep end in my vinyl pool. It just get's stuck in the deep end. I have the wheels turning at about 13 rpm and it's connected to a dedicated side port suction line. I'm really not even concerned about going up the walls of the pool, as much as I would like that to happen, but the 45º walls get dirty and need to be cleaned. My parents have a pre-hayward unit in their pool and it works flawlessly. The pictures below are from the unit running for approximately 24 hours. It barely did anything. The video is of the unit getting stuck.

Works as stated, good for the price. Bad - suction & wall clean is not good even at full power wont climb wall.

Failed within 2 months
Complete junk. Completely failed within a few months, and after 30 days the Amazon coverage expired. Waste of $700. Will never buy Hayward again.

Love it & Hate it! Wheels LOCK!
When it works, it works awesome. Climbs the walls so high that some of it comes out of the water. Hate the fact that the wheels lock constantly so unless I check it continually, if the wheels are locked, it doesn't move. I can't find anywhere to get support or help for this. Possible return of product if it continues.

Like new this thing is beat
Ordered a cleaner too good to be true. Came in a different cleaner box. The hoses and all the items were lose. The unit clearly has been in water and has run. I know it said like new said box was damaged not the cleaner was used. I’ll install and hope it works. Pretty disappointed with seller on their description.

This pool cleaner is great. The bottom of my pool has not looked and feel cleaner since it was new.

Highly recommended!!!
Beyond our expectations! Great price. No maintenance. We hook her up and off she goes. Our pool is always spotless! She climbs walls and everything!! My friend spent more than twice what I paid for our four wheel Model for hers, (not to mention an additional holder she needed to buy for it) they have to clean out the vacuums filter and it’s electric. Two thumbs down in my opinion. My sister recommended this brand and we’re beyond happy!

Cleaner works good and i had tge same question "Does it come with tubes " Yes it does. It is really easy to setup and climbs walls would reccomend it to someone
