Made me pee like crazy when my legs were bloated retaining fluid.
OK so here was my situation: For a good week i was consuming high sodium meals, i am obese, and live a sedentary life style due to unemployment. That included Fast food, instant meals, etc. My body took it's toll after Thanksgiving and Thanksgiving-left-overs feasting. I was eating food without realizing how much sodium I was ingesting for a good 3 weeks. I went to my family doctor and he checked me and got back to me with the blood and urine tests and said everything seems to be fine, the bloating he believed was due to being obese, sitting around for prolonged hours, not being active, and high sodium intake. I took his advice and he said i needed to process the retaining liguid by taking either a prescription or natural diaretic and start moving my fat ass more often and lose the weight.Mind you I wanted to go natural eating right and take OTC medicine/supplements because i didn't want any of the other possible side affects from the prescribed medicine he told that would might occur. I ordered these water pills and got them the next day with Prime.Mind you while taking these pills i changed my diet to high protein and fiber w/ low sodium and becoming more active steering away from the sedentary lifestyle. Lifting weights and getting my heart rate up by doing stationary jogging and high reps in the 20's and 30's with lighter weights. With the lighter weights I'd do 24-36 reps with weights i would max out to get my heart rate going doing pulls, arnold lifts, curls, bench presses. As an add on for my personal interest i am also doing muscle building, 6 reps of double to triple the weight performing bench presses, arnold lifts, curls, deadlifts, leg extensions, should shrugs. and leg presses. All of this with free weights. So for the first 2-3 days taking these pills, nothing legs were still bloated, peeing normally, about 4 times a day. Then out of the damn blue after waking up I did my normal routine of peeing and off to my computer workstation. Then a hour later, pee'd again. And again in another hour, and again in another hour, and again and again and again... for 2 days straight I was peeing every 45 minutes to an hour. The amount of times i was urinating in one day was making it extremely inconvenient and hectic but i knew that me body was finally flushing the water that was retaining in my legs. I wouldn't recommend trying to hold it in, i didn't attempt to because the urge was so intense and hit me like a train, i'd imagine if you tried to hold it in you'd end up soiling yourself or maybe do some damamge to your bladder or w/e.How did I know the retained water in my legs was finally draining and being processed out of my body? Because during those 2 days i notice my legs were hurting less, skin getting less tight, I was able to move around more freely since the water was prevent me from moving around. At the end of day 6 the bloating was gone and my legs looked normal albeit the skin being stretched and slightly wrinkly from the extreme bloating but i'd imagine it'd bounce back and eventually tighten up.When my legs were bloated it was the worst pain ever. It's like a burning pain and my ankles and knees had limited movent due to the bloating. When i would poke my bloated leg from the knees down with my finger and leave it there for a few seconds and would retain the shape of poking it slowly go back to normal in i would say about 30 seconds. Ever since the Urination Blitzkrieg my legs no longer show any signs of bloating or any other issues, my legs are back to normal and i am now moving about more freely.BRB gotta pee.

One of the Best Natural Supplement
I’ve bought this product two times now in attempt to find a natural remedy to water retention. I wasn’t totally sure after the first bottle. When the second bottle arrived I realized on the packaging that it says you can take two per day. Once I started giving my husband one in the morning and one in the evening we really noticed a difference. My suggestion to those that may not think these work is to take two per day and see if that does the trick!Update: I’ve now purchased this product three times. I’ve started taking them as well and have noticed that my body doesn’t feel as heavy and that my ankles don’t get nearly as swollen as they were (I have a job where I sit for many hours a day). I have noticed that I use the restroom way more often so I have to assume they are working.Update: I’m still using this during tax season. My ankles get swollen from sitting so many hours a day. As soon as I notice it start to happen I take one of these and they work very quickly. I add it to my daily vitamin regime and find that they are way more helpful than any other water pill. They don’t make you have to run to the bathroom every half hour and they keep the swelling down. I seriously recommend these!Update: Being that tax season isn’t ending in 2020, these have proved to be invaluable. I take them twice a day now. Once in the morning and once in the late afternoon. They have kept my ankles looking like ankles even though I am sitting for so many hours a day. These will be my go to for as long as they are on the market.

Great at reducing water weight, unexpected side effects
I'll give this one 4 stars because of the unexpected side effects, but you may not experience them the way I have. Long story short, this stuff works. I've had persistent fluid retention in my ankles for a couple years and within a day, the swelling had started to reduce.Fair warning, TMI ahead. But sharing is caring.Day 1: The bottle arrived. I took a pill with my next meal, gulping down glass after glass of water to give it lots to work with. Fast forward a few hours, already the swelling is going down in my ankles. Awesome! Then the other effect happened. The Colon Cleanse. (It deserves capitalization, believe me.)While we can all stand with a good cleanse, there's a point at which one says, "The tank is empty, enough is enough." I've now been cleansed of meals past, present and future.Me being me, smelling the scent of scientific discovery (no pun intended), I kept at it.Day 2, per the instructions (up to 2 pills per day, 1 at a time), I took one pill at breakfast, one at dinner. Again with lots of water. The dry mouth was a new thing. And not a good one. Plus my stomach was super unhappy. On the other hand, almost all the swelling in my ankles was gone.Day 3, I decided to give it a rest, not take a pill and let things settle. Oh, look, swelling is back.Day 4, late afternoon, I took a pill. Woke up in the middle of the night with a rampant cleanse. That was a miserable hour.Day 5. Exhausted and a little scared, I waited until dinner time. (Yes, I'm stubborn.) Took a pill 3 hours ago. The tummy rumbling has started, and my mouth is dry. But the ankles are doing great.I'm probably sensitive to one or more of the herbal ingredients. My stomach has always been a pansy. I'll keep trying a few more days, because it's wonderful to see my anklebones again. I don't recall reading other reviews that mentioned these side-effects, you may not experience them at all, and I can happily testify that Water Away works fast to reduce fluid retention.***I chose to buy this product, and review this product, and didn't get anything free or discounted from the company. (Probably not a surprise.)***
