[soprano size] surprisingly lightweight, very plush interior, interior space is 23.5 inches long
This case is very lightweight compared to fiberglass or wood hard cases. The outer ABS shell is thin, but seems sturdy. Maybe not sturdy enough to check as airline luggage, but sturdy enough for anything else I plan to use it for. The interior is very plush with a layer of pile fur on top of a layer of foam. There is a neck brace to prevent the ukulele from banging around inside the case. A small interior compartment can hold a tuner or bridge pin tool, but not much else. Interior space is 23.5 inches long, about 2 inches longer than a standard soprano, so a long neck soprano may fit. There is one removable shoulder strap, which is handy when carrying the case long distances. Price was $40 when I bought and I think that is a great value for this quality level.

Nice uke case!
Very nice quality case! It seems very sturdy and well made, and it fits my tenor uke perfectly!

High quality, sturdy, good looks...legit.
This fits my Ibanez UEWT14E like a glove. There is virtually no movement by the uke while in the case. It is super sturdy and the hardware is legit. It also happens to be stunning as well. I will say that in hand, it has more of a dark blue/gray tint to it which I happen to like. As others have stated, the compartment is TINY...it will fit a strap at most. Mentioning that, mine came with a very nice strap that attaches to the case itself. It also comes with 2 keys. Kala has nailed this one folks. I feel that it is definitely worth the price.

Stursdy not too heavy
I have a good tenor ukulele and a Kala Makala tenor that I occasionally take on airplanes. I have a case for my good one, but not for the Makala. This case fits the Makala well, but is a hair large for my main tenor ukulele. I have not flown with the case yet, but it seems very strong and protective. It does have a slight plasticky odor but hopefully that will fade away. The closures are a little tight, better than the alternative, and hopefully they will loosen up a little.

mind all the latches!
So, first off... there are latches for days on this case... including on the far side (from where you're opening it up) of the neck area. So, if you unlatch the case and it's not opening? It's cuz you forgot that latch... lol it took me a while to figure out what was "wrong" with the case ... and ya... let me save you from that struggle /embarrassment lol - it's not you... it's the case....I bought this case for my Kala KA-ATP-CTG Solid Cedar Acacia 5-String Tenor Ukulele. This case fits this 'ukulele like a glove. It has neck support as well that doubles as a small holder for ... strings... picks... a capo... whatever is small and you wanna stick in there. It has different ways you can put the strap on. There are bottom D rings on either side of the lower part of the case, and there are D rings on the upper part of the case, one on the side and one on the bottom/under side of the case. So, attach the strap how you feel works best for you. There are small plastic "stands" on the under side of the case, so your case isn't scraping on ground... the wee stands are. The inside is very plush to keep your 'ukulele safe and unscratched.I love this case - well-worth the price <3

Great Case, But a Little Different Than the Kala ABS Concert & Tenor Cases
This soprano case has all the quality of the Kala ABS cases — sturdy, well-made, and nice looking. It is, however, a bit different than the Kala ABS concert and tenor cases. The body size part of the soprano case is a bit roomier than what is generally the standard soprano size. By means of comparison with the Kala Tweed and Kala Black hardshell cases, the ABS concert and tenor cases are identical to the Tweed and Black cases, but the ABS soprano case has a larger body cavity than the Tweed or Black cases.

"Styling" tenor size Uke case that's a real eye catcher!
I own a "Crossrock' Ukulele case for my other uke, ( another great case ) but this one is a real eye catcher , besides giving me a scene of security.... 2 thumbs up...

Disappointing quality, poorly built, falling apart on arrival
I purchased mine on Amazon as part of a bundle including a tuner and polishing cloth. The build quality of the case is very disappointing. Much of the internal plush lining is not even glued down and is pulling away from the frame. The cover for the neck compartment is half torn off and is not even the right size to cover the compartment. It is cut with such a steep angle on one side that it is far too wide at the bottom to fit properly. The latches don't swing freely and stick. Huge disappointment, wishing I had just bought another Crossrock 1000 series instead of gambling on this cheaper alternative.

Not completely wonderful - but works.
The good: Lightweight, and the molded case and interlocking aluminum rim is good. Would fit most tenor ukes. The shortcomings: Hasps and handle mounts are really cheap and should be better than this for the cost. On my case, the lid for the accessory compartment can't be closed so as not to rub on the uke's neck, as the lid is too long and the lining material is excessive at the rim of that compartment. I'm thinking of cutting out the lid and keeping my bits in a pouch. I have also a Kala tweed wooden case and I should have bought another of those; I was just looking for something upgraded for a better ukulele. This isn't it.
